Close to a lot of sightseeing attractions.

Cons:

On a side street, it is hard to get down pot holed street with suitcases. It's hard to find needs better signage on the main street telling you to go downside the street. Reception is very basic, and there are no waiting chairs. Breakfast was OK, only this for us to eat was eggs (cold), toast and fruit.
Rooms very noisy can here noise from hallway and adjoining room.
