Pros:

Close to a lot of sightseeing attractions.

Cons:

On a side street, it is hard to get down pot holed street with suitcases. It's hard to find needs better signage on the main street telling you to go downside the street. Reception is very basic, and there are no waiting chairs. Breakfast was OK, only this for us to eat was eggs (cold), toast and fruit.
Rooms very noisy can here noise from hallway and adjoining room.

A lovely hotel
Pros:

Initially booked for 3 nights and stay for 6.
Meet by Emily Tang, she was professional and explained the hotel to me, 10/10.
Room (643), end of corridor. Very spacious, looked nice and comfy. Bathroom full of amenities although the floor under the sink needs a good steam clean (although it looks clean).
The room was serviced every day, good housekeeping. I personally did not request to change the bed linen however, they can be done if requested.
Breakfast: very good, some food change on a daily basis
Location: perfect for exploring Xi An

Cons:

At breakfast the tables are cleaned with the same cloth for every table and the cloth is hung on a trolley. There is no sanitiser used.
Germs are easily transferred. I do suggest to use a different system.
The front glass door of the entrance is very dirty.

Stayed here twice for my 2 trips to Xian and will continue to stay here if I come again.
Pros:

Location was very close to stations n main attraction like Bell Tower… it’s walkable to a lot of other attractions during night or cooling weather.

Excellent! Would go back to this hotel if we were to visit Xi'An again
Pros:

Room and bed was big enough for our family (2A 3C although 1child prefers to sleep on his air bed).
Hotel was near and within walking distance to places of interest such as bell tower and city wall.
Tour assistant was very helpful to assist as our stay in Xi'An was short yet we wanted to visit as many places of interest as possible. She recommended us based on where we wanted to go and recommended street food near the hotel which was cheap and delicious, kids still missed the street food even when we are back home.
Buffet breakfast was decent. Room was clean and water bottles were available at the lift area and lobby, very convenient.

Cons:

Nothing I could think of.. Most importantly NO complains fromt he kids :)

위치가 좋아서 종루나 회족거리, 성벽에 가기 좋았습니다

Cons:

비흡연실이었는데 침대에서 담배냄새가 좀 났고, 다른 홀리데이에 비해서 직원이 친절한 편은 아니었습니다
