Highly recommended. A comfortable, welcoming, professionally operated hotel in a convenient spot.
Pros:

A lovely hotel in a quiet area which was a short walk (15 mins) into the centre of Florence..and the same strolling along the riverside walk to the Uffizi Gallery..and also about 15 minutes walk to the train station where we arrived from and also took a day trip to Pisa. So the location was perfect for us! The hotel was clean and well designed, our room was quiet and comfortable for us a family of three. Thank you to the housekeeping staff, they did a thorough job to renew our room every day. The rooftop pool was great fun, accessible by elevator and nicely heated so we swam in the evenings during our stay over the week of the New Year 2026 regardless of the cold weather. A great view from there of the city and the Duomo, and also at breakfast which was served in the top floor restaurant. Breakfast was very nice, a good choice with coffee and eggs made to order, and a wide buffet including house speciality panettone and prosciutto. The restaurant staff were very professional and friendly, kindly speaking a little Greek with us to chat with my son, and they hosted us at the hotel's New Year's Eve party with a disco and fireworks on the roof, and of course the view of the city-wide fireworks. Thank you. We had an amazing time and can say, both as a family on holiday and as professionals (we operate holiday accommodation on the Greek island of Rhodes) we will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Somehow some extra coat hooks or clothes hanging space would have been handy, but probably was only an issue for us as the hotel kindly booked us with an extra child into the double room.

Sehr schönes Hotel und zur Fuß alles gut erreichbar.
Pros:

Hatten einen Balkon und von der Terrasse einen tollen Blick über die Stadt - konnten dies beim Frühstück genießen.
Schöne geräumige Zimmer mit einem gut ausgestattetem Badezimmer.

Cons:

Leider war in der Garage noch Adaptierungsarbeiten nötigt, musst en dadurch mehrmals umparken - wurden hier aber mit einem Getränkegutschein entschädigt. Das ein neuer Lift eingebaut wird - hat man relativ wenig mitbekommen.

Pros:

Le confort de la chambre, le restaurant avec une vue magnifique.

Very happy to return to this hotel.
Pros:

The room was warm and comfortable. Daily servicing was carried out in a discrete and competent manner. Help to get the luggage upstairs was appreciated. The breakfast buffet was very good indeed.

Ruhig gelegen. Schönes großes, sauberes Zimmer. Tolles Badezimmer mit einer richtigen Türe. (Keine Glastüre). Der Fluss Arno liegt nur eine Querstraße vom Hotelzimmer entfernt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig super zu erreichen.
Die Dachterrasse war super schön, leider war es während meines Aufenthaltes noch zu windig, um dort oben länger zu verweilen. Der Pool ist beheizt und war während meines Aufenthaltes Anfang März nutzbar.
Parkgarage gegen Gebühr nur 1 Seiten Straße entfernt. Sehr schöne, moderne Garage.

Cons:

Mir hat dort alles gefallen.

Excellent hotel, to which we would return without hesitation
Pros:

Superb room and en suite, with a range of pleasing additions - robes, slippers, quality toiletries, pool towels. Useable, protected and private balcony overlooking the street. Ristorante was excellent for breakfast with great staff and service. Top floor with terrace and pool gave wonderful city panoramas. Weather meant that heated pool remained untested. Rain meant that the umbrellas provided for guests in the lobby were well used and welcomed.

Cons:

Small point, but we chose not to dine in the hotel on Valentine's evening due to the high price being charged. Otherwise, the hotel was more than we had hoped for and we would return without hesitation. Thank you to all of the staff.

Pros:

The hotel was excellent for the price, with a beautiful view, great breakfast
Pros:

It was really worth it. The hotel was very nice, and there was a beautiful view from the top floor, with tables outside. Breakfast was excellent and delicious. For the price we paid, everything was amazing, and the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

We initially had to change the room because we were first located in the area where the hotel is connected with private apartments, and we could hear everything from upstairs. However, the hotel staff changed our room immediately, without any hesitation. This made a very good impression and showed how helpful and professional the personnel were.
