What a lovely hotel. It's a 4 star but the service is 5 star. The best feature is the roof terrace which is spectacular; There is a restaurant area (also breakfast) and a small pool area with lounges. We enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace after a busy day. Very good breakfast with an egg station. No fresh orange juice.

The hotel is very nice, lovely views out over the city.
15 min walk to the centre.
Food and drink very good.
Only issues we had being on the 5th floor was staff moving furniture around on the floor above until after 11pm although when mentioned the would stop immediately.
Also don’t leave balcony doors open at night we found mosquitos found their way in.

Our experience of the Kraft hotel was very pleasant. The hotel staff are all very welcoming and doing a brilliant job. Our room was spacious enough and there was a kettle and coffee/tea facilities which we welcomed. Our bathroom was well appointed, however, our shower cubicle was not water tight and we had to use a lot of towels on the floor to manage the water which kept flooding out. The bed was large but we did find the mattress a bit firm, the pillows and bedsheets were nice. Unfortunately we were on the ground floor and we found there was some noise from people walking past the window late at night and we also did find it noisy when people walked past our room in the hallway. We were unable to open the window while having curtains / shutters closed. By far the best thing about the hotel was the rooftop area. We sat here and had drinks and breakfast in the morning and it was incredibly pleasant. The breakfast spread was also vast and we had ample choice and all of the food and drinks served to us was high quality. The location of the hotel is ideal for the train station and they held our luggage on the day we checked out. Overall, a very pleasant experience at hotel Kraft and we would recommend.

Location around the property is dirty getting to the tourist locations which is crazy because it’s near a military compound and USA consulate.
Hot water was janky at best
Ac is locked out at 20 and never once did we see or feel it blow and the lobby is a sauna…..even if locked out allow fan speed or put fans in rooms
Under the dining room I could hear everything from about 0700-2300 at night.
You can hear everything in the stairwell
No smart tv is crazy for an expensive hotel in 2026.
Wi-Fi was horrible in and out all day and night.
Fantastic location, beautiful room, bright and clean.
