Otel odaları biraz küçük olsada temizlik ve özellikle personellerin ilgi ve alakası olsun nazik ve kibarlikları olsun çok iyiydi. Sabahları resepsiyonda bekleyen hanfendi ve akşamları orada bulunan beyefendi çok kibar ve ilgiliydiler.

Tek beğenmedigim konu kahvaltıdaki az çeşitliliklikti.

Overall, the stay was quite good in terms of proximity to attractions and sites, the room was very clean and the facilities worked well. One drawback was that my room was near the road so it was quite noisy, travellers should consider bringing earbuds. Lastly, the staff was very helpful and accommodating of questions and the breakfast was also very good!

I had a fantastic 10-day stay at global suite hotel in Istanbul. The suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and luxurious experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help. The location is ideal, close to major attractions yet peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Istanbul.

Beware that the hotel staff will try to scam you even if the reservation is fully paid for . Terrible experience , never going back or suggesting this hotel to anyone .
Also the Pillows were dirty and had hair on them , looked like the cleaning person did not change sheets / pillow covers after the previous guests left .
Shower was leaking too .

The room was clean, which is the most important thing for me, I've just been there for one night but it is a good place for staying more time, and that was near to the VFS (just 10 minutes walk.)
the staffs was nice and friendly
the only thing that I didn't like was the breakfast

Emir really went above and beyond to accommodate me and was keen to offer assistance to all guests, making them feel at home and comfortable. The location close to Taksim is ideal and convenient.

I am giving it 4 stars because the WiFi connection was very bad. I work remotely and it’s important for me to remain connected, but I would lose signal multiple times an hour. I had a second reservation at this hotel and had to cancel it because of this reason. But if you don’t need to be connected, then this hotel is just fine! The staff is very friendly and the daily breakfast is decent. I would recommend it for those who do not need to work remotely.

All staff were very friendly and breakfast was good.I could park my car in front of the hotel and the hotel allowed packing my car after check out, it was so kind support.

Check in and check out was perfect. Morning breakfast was excellent. The hospitality of the owner and his wife was superior! Very much knowledgeable about the local tourism and will arrange all that for you as well as, room service and any amenities that they don’t have that you need. they are very familiar with all facets of transportation and what you should be paying in local transportation, i.e. taxis, Uber and local transportation. we certainly couldn’t be more impressed! I would certainly return again.

Both me and my partner were very pleased with the 6 days we spent here, we thought the location was really good as it was close to Taksim but yet not so close that we were bothered by noise at night. Walking distance to the liveliness but yet calm and nice. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and the private outdoor space that our room had was more spacious than I expected. Would recommend this place!

Excellent customer care

Where can I start, the hotel is located less than 10 minutes walking distance from the busy Maidan Takseem, it has a lot of shops and restaurants around and the metro station is less than 10 minutes by walk, from the night I arrived was treated with love and care by all the staff members, I had made a mistake booking my room but the staff was very happy to help me and resolved the issue very quickly, couldn’t be happier with my stay at Global Suites Hotel, Many thanks to all the staff here and special thanks to Amir for the continuous advise and help throughout the journey
