Cons:

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had in Canada. I booked a one-night stay because the hotel was conveniently located near the airport, but the room was extremely dirty and the bathroom drain was clogged and disgusting.
I reported the issues to the front desk, but the staff showed no concern and offered no apology or alternative room. Even more disappointing, the woman I spoke with was the front desk manager. When I said I would leave a review, she simply replied, “Go ahead and do that.”
The fact that even the manager showed such a lack of concern says a lot about this hotel’s customer service. I would never stay here again and not recommended.

Pros:

Really nice breakfast. Clean. Friendly staff. Roll in shower, shower chair and Nonslip mat.

Cons:

Countertop with handrail too close to the toilet Hard to sit without hitting the toiletpaper dispenser. Perhaps making the countertop narrower? Moving the toilet isn't really feasible. Very narrow hallway to get into the room. Had to move the luggage rack in order to get the wheelchair into the room. Is there a way to prop open the door to get in? A magnetic doorstop? The door is very heavy and it is difficult to hold the door open AND wheel in the wheelchair.
