It was a good stay.
Pros:

Gym, location, breakfast

Cons:

It’s a temporary issue but only one elevator was in operation and it was so tied up with staff hauling their large wagons filled with laundry etc.

Pros:

The Renovated room was greatly appreciated. Very clean room. Thank you.

Cons:

We were unable to leave our car while we flew on a short trip. One elevator did not work before we left and still was out of service upon our return.

Comfortable stay, great value. The free breakfast service was a great way to start off the day
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, restaurant and shuttle service, also house keeping
All staff were great.
Pool area , gym very clean

Pros:

The location was good and staff were helpful. Room was clean and beds comfortable. I like the option to have receipt emailed.

Cons:

The room was too hot, even when we adjusted the thermostat several times it kept increasing so it made it hard to sleep.
There should be a hook in the bathroom for your bath towel and/or clothing.
I shouldn't have to download an app if I want to check out but it was quick at the front desk.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Its convenient location made it easy to get around the city
Pros:

Clean room and environment, kitchen was a top notch, environmental worker/ staff are always onetime and helpful.. quick response to request., the receptions ladies were so nice and friendly.

Cons:

I could not figure out something i didn't like, other than one elevator was shutdown cause delay to move around when in need of usage. I believed it was going through a fix or been worked on.

Excessive use of room deodorizer in two different rooms. Hasn't this establishment heard of sent free environments.
