Pretty bad.
Pros:

Coffee Tea Machine

Cons:

Got the room card, didn't work and had to go back to front desk to fix.
Wifi also didn't work and had to go back to front desk to fix.
The bathtub had a giant rusty stain and had to go back to front desk to fix the problem.
