Pros:

Très bon accueil, le personnel est très serviable aussi bien à la réception qu'au restaurant et le self du petit déjeuner.
Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner on y trouve automatiquement son bonheur surtout quand on vient de France 😊
Le restaurant est intégré à l'hôtel, c'est génial 👍
On a beaucoup apprécié le service gratuit de la navette aéroport/hôtel , le personnel de la navette est très sympa 👍

Cons:

The fire alarm for the second time I stayed there… not ok. Wasn’t apologize to… the first time I stayed it was 2:30am this time was 4am… front desk thought it was funny both times

I could give 9/10 for cleanliness, but that airport shuttle buss needs to be disassembled.
Pros:

It was good value for money.

Cons:

Airport shuttle bus was dirty. It did'nt feel appropriate as a far as first impressions go, I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel, that bus needs replacement and fast!!!

Quite and decent
Pros:

The fact you could take food back to the room

Cons:

The breakfast buffet has inconsistencies from one day to another
With what we found under cooked food
As they appeared to be in a hurry as people were waiting
Pancakes too dry and overcooked
But the eggs
Sausage and bacon were well under cooked
Not having apple juice conveniently out as a beverage..
You always had too ask as it was behind the bar

Fantastic hotel with comfortable room and excellent amenities
Pros:

Room (and bathroom) was spotless and was cleaned every day

Staff were polite and efficient

Had a hot tub and swimming pool, which I loved making use of

Buffet breakfast was fantastic, with great choice

Good restaurant

Plenty of powerpoints in bedroom

Bed was comfortable

Location, although out of town, was located right across the road from a bus stop, offering access to the Max Orange Service

Cons:

An extra blanket of the bed would've been nice, as I prefer to sleep in a cooler room with the heating turned down. However this is just a personal preference

Hotel continues to get in worse shape every stay.
Cons:

Heater wouldn’t work had to call maintenance to fix once working never stopped rattling.
Plumbing problems and slippery tubs for elderly with mobility issues.
Stained carpet.
