Great Memories and Experience!
Pros:

Danny and Kyle were Great! We had a lot of luggage leaving and they helped us find a vehicle that would fit all of out luggage and helped load it. Over the stay at the Holiday Inn Saigon Airport was Great! Would definitely stay again!!!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
Pros:

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service.

A special thank you to Kyle and Danny, who were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of.

Convenient location, good amenities, good Bahn Mi.
Pros:

Convenient location near the airport. There are way more amenities available than I realized. Good coffee and Bahn Mi.

Cons:

I booked this property specifically for the airport shuttle. The instructions I received was to wait between columns 18-20, however I waited almost two hours and never saw a bus. Apparently there was a man walking around with a sign instead. The hotel staff were very apologetic and kind, they ensured I had a shuttle bus available for my departure and took care of me the rest of my stay.

One of the best
Pros:

First time at this hotel. Everything looks a little bit old, but their spirits and hospitality are still one of the best hotels in Saigon.

+1: Location (near the airport + complimentary airport shuttle bus)

+1: Free late check-out up to 2PM based on Club Benefit

+1: Cleanliness from the room to everywhere in the hotel

+1: Hospitality from the receptionists to the housekeeping staffs (Expecially Mr. Best from HK & Ms. Linh, the one made my room so fresh and clean; cant forget to mention Ms. Linh from the FO who checked in for me)

Great airport hotel for layover
Pros:

Great airport hotel for our family. So affordable and the staff were amazing.
We stayed for one night between arriving from Hanoi and flying out on an international flight.
Free airport transfer. Great buffet restaurant on site. Which was also affordable and great staff.
Great city views from our room and massive pool!
Awesome spot for a lay over

Cons:

Some street noise but not offensive,we were on level 10.
For the price and comfort of room not that big of a deal.
