Overall, a very nice stay. Very nice, helpful staff.
Pros:

Very nice, spacious and comfortable room.

Cons:

Our shower water was cold the first evening we arrived, but was ok the next morning.
We would have preferred the pool to be a bit warmer.

Spacious rooms close to Saigon Airport. Perfect for layovers.
Pros:

We stayed only for a night as we were transiting through Ho Chi Minh airport, but we loved the spacious suite room. It was perfect for our requirements and we couldn't have asked them for more. The location is a high traffic area unfortunately, but overall it served our purpose.

Cons:

We had a slight confusion at the check in counter where the card was charged higher than the advertised room rate at the time of check in. After going back to speak to them, we were informed that it was just a temporary hold as a deposit, while the final amount will be cleared at check out. No issues, just a slight confusion between both parties or miscommunication.

A hihht standard of comfort nearby the airport!
Pros:

Good quality rooms, bright, with a good desk set up in room for any work you may have to do. Breakfast area is on a dedicated floor, very spacious, airy and high ceilings with a good range of food options available.

Cons:

I didn’t experience anything negative about the property.

游泳池，早餐跟二十四小時健身房以及友善的服務人員實在是太讓人滿意了！
Pros:

早餐很棒，地點雖然離D1百貨商圈及步行街較遠點，但實際上搭grab半小時內都能抵達景點區。這次入住主要是作為結婚的迎娶儀式準備入住，非常感謝早餐的接待人員在負責送迎娶禮物的貨運人員聯絡時，協助作為英文跟越南文翻譯。此外，門房協助接收迎娶儀式使用的禮物，並協助運送至房間，真的幫了很大的忙！十分感謝友善的服務人員們！

Cons:

周遭其實也有商場跟一些胡志明有名的餐廳，但離步行街跟粉紅教堂稍遠是比較有點美中不足的地方，但是瑕不掩瑜，是我目前來胡志明入住頻率最高的飯店，求婚跟迎娶準備都在這邊，如果不是婚宴會場的宴客人數要求較高，可能直接就在這邊舉辦結婚晚宴了。

Pros:

Staff is very helpful. Beautiful hotel and nice suites. Breakfast is the best thing about this hotel. The Vietnamese cuisine changes every day! What a treat! Really near the airport, in the middle of HCM city, so very convenient.

Cons:

The room carpet is really coarse. The toilet is weak.
