Outstanding Stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at the Lobby Lounge of Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport, and I would especially like to recognize Steven Nguyen, Nguyen Binh Phu for their exceptional service. Steven and Phu were warm, attentive, and genuinely professional. They paid close attention to the little details, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made the lounge feel welcoming and relaxed.

Cons:

They charged me twice,here I booked and paid by card,then at the property they said they need 25$ for early check in but in the end they charged full amount for the night my mom at the reception

Pros:

The hotel room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. As I was only staying for one night between flights, I didn’t have much time to enjoy the facilities, but overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The hotel is not located right next to the airport, so you’ll need to take some form of transportation. The airport shuttle service provided by the hotel is somewhat limited, so if you don’t want to wait too long or need to leave very early, you may want to consider taking a taxi instead.
