Great view from the suite, tasty breakfast and relaxing swimming pool area. Cleanliness of the hotel.

Cons:

The entire check-in process was a disaster. Having booked a stay for three people in a one-bedroom suite, we were forced to pay an additional $50 per night for a sofa bed! After paying the extra fee, waiting, and entering the room, we discovered that nothing had been prepared for a third traveler (no towels or any accessories). After asking at the front desk, the sofa bed was folded out after a few hours, but it proved to be very uncomfortable and squeaky. The front desk staff was very arrogant and lacked empathy. This is not the 5-star standard we expected after a long flight!

Классный бассейн. Очень удобные кровати. Довольно тихо и чисто, отличный завтрак. Очень близко к аэропорту, но не в пешей доступности - только такси. Внизу есть продуктовый.

Cons:

Нельзя платить наличными долларами. Мы-таки в ступор впали. Не поняли смысл раздвигающихся стен в ванну. Эти стены-двери не закрыть, шумоизоляцию не дают - довольно некомфортно. По фото это выглядело как изолированное помещение и стало неприятным сюрпризом

Frustrated since l'Aura was not to my liking

I didn't end up staying here. It was late at night and finally found a good hotel downtown. I panicked since every place was full. Didn't want to sleep on the street😩

Clean and spacious.
Pros:

We had a big one bedroom suite with sofa bed. It was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice and had a tub. Felt very clean and spacious. Close to the airport and hotel has shuttle bus for free.

Cons:

Far from central CBD.
