EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
Pros:

This hotel is an excellent choice for travelers with domestic flights, as Terminal 3 is only a few minutes away. The only drawback is that it is located slightly farther from District 1, and dining options within the hotel are generally more expensive than local restaurants. As a Platinum member, I was recognized immediately upon arrival and received a warm welcome from the front office team. My room was upgraded, and I was also granted complimentary access to the Aviation Lounge, which was a thoughtful gesture. The suite was modern, spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the television offered a good selection of channels for entertainment. I also appreciated the convenience of having a universal power outlet on each side of the bed. Another nice touch was the choice of four different pillow types, allowing guests to customize their sleeping experience. Although there was an unfortunate incident during breakfast, both the chef and the manager handled the situation professionally and resolved it promptly. Special mention goes to An from the restaurant team, who was always smiling, attentive, and genuinely focused on ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Throughout my stay, I found the hotel to be modern, spotless, and exceptionally well-maintained. Phong and his front office team were friendly, professional, and consistently provided outstanding service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone flying from the area and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for your warm hospitality—I look forward to returning in the future.

Awesome Holiday Inn and Suites Saigon Airport
Pros:

Location is very strategic as it is near airport, spas and all you can thinks off.
It can be easily be reached via grab.
Staffs are very accommodating, kudos to Duyen, Thu, Joyce and Chris.
Check in is fast and responsive. Rooms are very spacious good for people who has problem with small spaces and the hotel is very relaxing even its near busy road you will not be able to hear the traffic sound.

"Today is my birthday. My family of five had a wonderful experience at Manja restaurant. The seafood was fresh and delicious, especially the soup and cake — they were very tasty. The chefs were cheerful and polite. Huy, Hoàng, and Linh welcomed me and my husband warmly; they helped grill the food and offered great recommendations. The managers, Cần, Hiếu, and Mai, took great care of me and my family with enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. This was an unforgettable birthday experience. Thank you all — a wonderful birthday with my family!"
