Perfect
Pros:

Everything was perfect. We read many bad reviews but they were completely unfair. We had fridge, iron, large room. Yes it’s near expressway but that’s convenient. Staff and drivers kind and no long wait. For a small fee there is even transport to Port Everglades. Breakfast was fine. Appreciated guest laundry. Eve desk clerk March 4th so charming

Stranded at airport

The location was nice

Cons:

No airport shuttle, despite the claim there was one. I called several times for it but no one very answered the phone. When I arrived and asked about the shuttle, I was given a lame answer about someone leaving a phone off the hook in a room. I suggest that first Best Western needs to buy a calendar then a better phone service. It is 2026 not 1996. Luckily the shuttle for the airport the next morning was separate company. Though it was $15, at least someone showed up.

Extremely disappointing experience.

I booked this hotel again because I had stayed here before and had a good experience, but this visit completely changed my opinion.

My friend arrived at the hotel around midnight after I booked the room for him through the app. He was exhausted and simply needed a place to sleep.

The front desk agent Jenny refused to check him in because he didn’t have a physical credit card for the deposit, even though I offered multiple solutions over the phone (including providing my card details or charging the card used for the reservation).

Instead of trying to help or escalate the situation, he repeatedly said “that’s our policy”, refused to call a manager, and was extremely impatient and rude.

When I asked him to involve a manager, he said there was no manager available until 7 AM, which is unacceptable for a hotel.

During the conversation he hung up on me twice.

Only after I contacted Booking.com and they intervened did he suddenly call his manager and allow the check-in — at 2 AM, two hours after my friend arrived.

This was completely unnecessary and caused stress and frustration for no reason.

The entire situation could have been resolved in minutes if the staff had shown even basic customer service.

Very disappointing. I will not stay here again.

When I arrived the staff was not friendly. I had to ask for amenities such as microwave and refrigerator and once then brung it, it was two hours later and I woken out my slumber. Also, it was roaches crawling on the wall.

Complete service for our purpose and friendly staff.
Pros:

Pick up transfer was there quick and arrived at hotel in short time. Nice clean vehicle.
Great variety of items for breakfast.
They did have transfer options through 3rd party to both cruise ports. We were going to Miami and may have used this service if we knew ahead of time.

Cons:

Loud road noise was like the windows were open. Not hotels fault just location near major roadway.
The strong smell of marijuana by moms room located by back entrance. That's just people thinking their comfort is more important than ours and would do it anyway. Not hotel.

NOT a Hip new boutique hotel—avoid!
Pros:

We would recommend that you AVOID this property completely.
Advertising definitely not accurate so don’t be fooled.
Reserved two king size rooms but were forced to pay an extra $8.00 for a fridge and microwave in one of the rooms in order to reserve two for our party. Desk clerk advised upon check in, that all rooms were supposed to have these two appliances. One of our rooms did not have a fridge and one had to be delivered by maintenance.
Bathroom floors in both rooms had not been washed and were in fact filthy.
The more expensive room had a bullet hole in one of the (single pane) windows that originated from the bathroom. Wall outside of the bathroom had been patched but the hole in the wallpaper, inside of the bathroom had not been repaired/reglued. Of course the glass around the bullet hole was broken and hadn’t been repaired nor replaced.
We can only hope a fatality didn’t happen in this room.
Washroom outside of the breakfast room was disgusting and possible there was a flushing problem with at least one toilet. Water pressure in the property was not very good.
Third party shuttle was a real let down and undependable, forcing an expensive taxi ride back from the airport after finally giving up in frustration, beginning before 7 p.m. and returning at almost 9 pm.
Pool was not in working order but that was noted on the website so probably had been in that state for quite some time.
