Breakfast and waitress were very good!
We had a huge problem with a short shower curtain in a step in shower where half the water ended up on the bathroom floor . We had to mop the floor as a result. They made it up to us by moving us to a different room with a shower door. They also gave us several days of free breakfasts.
It was located just a few minutes, from the locations we had come to attend & check out. Also the staff was very helpful, letting us know about restaurants around the area we could go to.
For a fancy hotel this place was kinda ghetto, the elevator was broken down and slow, everyone was cramped in there like sardines.
Worst hotel I have stayed at in awhile. Staff is either not fully informed or inept. Their AC doesn’t work at all in some rooms or not well in others. In the middle of summer. In Oklahoma. During.an extreme heat advisory. And instead of just admitting they know the AC is an issue (based on numerous recent negative reviews on Marriott’s app), they pretend like it’s a new issue and they are fixing it. Then move me to a room on the same floor that is having problems and assure me “it’s the coolest one on the floor.” Which it might have been earlier, but as it’s now approaching 11 pm, it’s somehow gotten hotter than it was and I’m figuring out what it feels like to be Satan’s b*llsack,
But don’t worry - they offered me a free night which does nothing for me since my company is paying for it.
Could be a nice property if it weren’t as hot as the 7th circle of hell.
Good location, nice decor in the lobby
No hand soap in the bathroom to wash hands. The sheets were damp, the entire room felt very humid and “moist”. Older doors, the hotel is showing wear and tear. The ice machine was not working on our floor (7)
