Horrible place!
Pros:

The location was great. The ceiling outside our room was leaking onto the carpet and was only marked off wit tape...no buckets, etc, causing the carpet to be soaked. We paid for parking with the "free" shuttle service to the airport and return...but nobody answered the phone when we returned, so we ha to pay for a taxi to get our car. Should have just paid the airport parking. Lesson learned. DON'T stay here! I won't EVER again!

Pros:

Chris was the desk staff person who checked us in and drove us to the airport and picked us up upon our return. Very kind and helpful.
It was zero degrees outside and he visited with us in the lobby at 3 am in the morning while our frozen car warmed up.

Cons:

No idea on what could be better.

Näher und angenehmer am Airport geht’s nicht
Pros:

Für einen fairen Preis direkt am Flughafen. Zu Fuß oder per kostenfreien Shuttle ist man in wenigen Minuten am Terminal. Das Zimmer war angenehm vorgeheizt (Winter) und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das kostenfreie Frühstück war auf normalen US-Niveau. Kriss an Rezeption und im Shuttlebus war sehr nett, Danke.

Very Comfortable and peaceful stay.
Pros:

Kris the night manager and other staff are very friendly and make you feel like you’re at home.

Cons:

I was there 3 months ago and it was $30 cheaper.

Pros:

The staff was very gracious and helpful. They gave me a lot of personal attention.

Cons:

I was bothered by the choice of Newsmax in the breakfast area. This right wing propaganda should be replaced with more moderate programming at least.
