Rooms nice and beds comfortable.
Nothing.
Great room. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Real glasses and ceramic mugs instead of plastic and card boards. Hiking nearby. Wonderful stay.
Parking a bit away from room.
Location, comfort, amenities.
The $37.00 for “incidentals”. What are they? I didn’t notice anything different in my stay now compared to before this charge.
It is essentially a Greed charge.
For those reading my comments- take this extra cost into account. The actual cost of the room is as advertised plus the Incidental charge.
The breakfast was very good. Good quality for the price.
Poor toilet paper. Cheap, 1-ply...for a higher end resort you can afford 2-ply.
The room, grounds, and pool are lovely! Mostly clean. except under coffee desk. Convenient location and ice machine.
I was very disappointed that the hot tub was broken--I really planned on using it before bed for muscle soreness. It was working the next morning, but too late for me.
So plush and made us feel like queens!
Nice location. Good sized room with comfortable bed.
Long walk to my room.
Hôtel magnifique , personnel très gentil , chambre propre spacieuse et très belle salle de bain avec tous les produits nécessaires , les extérieurs sont très bien équipés piscine, aire de jeux, terrain de basket, circuit trail et une salle de sport
Disappointed for the room rate paid.
-The grounds are well kept, the room was clean, the play structure was good for the kids, the parking was easy to navigate, the towels were soft and plentiful, the AC worked great, food was delicious at the resturaunt.
-The staffing for the restaurant was very weak and we were told employees didn't show up on Sunday. Our waiter Joe was awesome but the wait for service was a bit long.
-The room service was almost non existent, we called numerous times and were basically met with "leave a message" or the phone just rang. The front desk basically just said yea they are busy. When we were connected they offered a single choice of something instead of the choices listed on the menu.
-The pool gates being opened late at 8am on a warm Sunday morning is just out of touch. There isn't any other comfortable place to sit outside and read and relax in the morning other than a picnic bench. You should place signs to close the hot tub and the pool but leave open the gates so guest can enjoy a comfortable seat.
-The single hot tub is lowfully inadequate once 10 kids jump in and out. That and 1/2 the jets don't have nozzles so you end up drenched in water splashing over your head.
-The free coffee in the lobby is nice but I would expect a decaf and hot water vessel with tea if you really want to make it more welcoming.
-I was unable to access wifi in the lobby which is very odd,
-I had to have someone escort me to the gym. This was after I asked numerous staff people including the front desk, where it was and a few said "I don't know". How doe the staff not know where the gym is located?
-In a college town I was surprised that educated and enough staffing on a peak weekend was basically lacking to the point of inconveniencing the guest experience. It actually felt like some of the staff would rather not be bothered and exhibited a real lack of service to the guests.
