Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte. Camera fuori dal centro, ma in zona comunque raggiungibile con il taxi. Non è prevista colazione take away

Pros:

Хороший номер, в котором есть всё необходимое (чайник, фен, утюг и гладильная доска, сейф). Каждый день убирали, оставляли 2 бутылочки воды. Кровать большая и удобная, бельё чистое. У меня был номер на 20 этаже с видом на Чэнду, но шум с улицы всё равно был. Завтраки тоже отличные. Девочки на ресепшене помогают и всё объясняют. До метро пешком минут 10. С большим и тяжёлым чемоданом может быть трудно, т.к.чтобы перейти дорогу, необходимо подняться на мост по лестнице (North Railway station). Минут 30 до жд вокзала на такси откуда едет поезд в Чжанцзяцзе. Пешком до Ванда плаза, где можно покушать и что-то купить. Рядом с отелем магазины с недорогой одеждой (не брендовая).

Cons:

Был шум с улицы, спала в берушах, но в целом не очень критично, можно заснуть и без них.

Отличный отель, вернёмся ещё!
Pros:

Персонал доброжелательный, приятный. Не все знают английский, но к нам очень быстро подошёл англоговорящий сотрудник. Номер большой, чистый и красивый. Вид из окна чудесный. Ванная комната не очень большая, но удобная. Убирались каждый день. Завтрак бесконечно разнообразный и большой, каждый найдет что-то для себя. Доставку в номер привозит специальный робот, очень забавный и милый. Сразу к отелю примыкает рынок и несколько кофеен, в пешей доступности от двух станций метро и нескольких торговых центров. Всё очень понравилось

На букинге указана сумма без сбора, так что итоговая сумма вышла немного больше рассчитываемого

Very friendly and attentive staff! They will help, give advice! The room is clean, comfortable, everything is very thought out! There is a metro station, shops and cafes nearby. We want to come back) I definitely recommend it!

Personale deludente e inetto

La struttura aveva standard europei di pulizia ed una colazione tutto sommato ricca e varia

Nessuno del personale sapeva parlare inglese e non c’è stata la benché minima assistenza da parte loro né tentativo alcuno di capire quello che chiedevo anche usando il traduttore nella loro lingua. Non ho avuto il benché minimo aiuto sul luogo né una settimana prima quando avendoli contattati più volte hanno ignorato sempre i miei messaggi. Ho chiesto loro prima di giungere in struttura più volte se potessero indicarmi una stazione vicino l’albergo perché l’indirizzo inserito dell’albergo su Booking non risulta corretto su Google maps e nemmeno su applicazione mappe di IPhone (il personale lo sa benissimo ma pare non gli importi) e nonostante avessi scritto loro sia in italiano che in inglese non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta.

Pros:

Location.nearby food stores and clothing shops .it was perfect for us .and near north railway station .so conveinient and the staff were excellent .very proffessionally run hotel .ill deffinatley be back and refer to others
