I was given an extra $50 charge that I was never notified about when I contacted the man at the front desk. He was rude nonchalant pretty much told me I had to deal with it, but that’s why the fees work and then if I had any concerns I could contact and then told me I would just have to wait my 3 to 5 days to get my money back. It was very unprofessional very rude. I literally stayed at that hotel four hours and then left. Didn’t even get to stay the full night.

A nice quiet Hotel at a great prices. Well worth stopping for the night.
Pros:

Another routine stay while working. Last minute reservation, made minutes before arrival. Greeted immediatly, checked in quick, everyone was super nice and helpful, room was spot on. Very quiet from outside noise, only heard the refridgerator running. Everything was as expected in a Hilton property, even at a great price like Spark offers. Will stay again.

Cons:

Lack of choices at breakfast is a major dissatisfaction. To me it’s false advertising saying you serve breakfast. I’d rather pay more and go elsewhere.

Pros:

Good property. Good location the only thing is the AC units need service because after running so long and hot months it makes the rooms smell like dirty water causing allergies and sinus irritation..
