Hay varios puntos que considero hay que mejorar, el primero sería la variedad de comida que ofrecen a diario, también quisiera comentar que yo reservé 2 habitaciones con 2 camas matrimoniales cada una y me dieron otras que no correspondían a lo que yo había reservado.
La cena show fue un fracaso pues no dieron de cenar nada de lo que decía previo a hacer reservación.
Lo único bueno de la cena show fue la cantante Ángela, con un espectacular talento.

Pésimo, elevadores no funcionan, su all inclusive es terrible, filas para restaurantes.
Este hotel no está diseñado ni preparado para esa modalidad de all inclusive

No me gusto la playa, el agua estaba con mucha tierra.

Excelente el 3x1 !!! Lo q no me pareció aunque en realidad no mucho … solo mejorar los accesos a restaurantes en hrs. Pico ….

No servian los elevadores, me cobraron cuotas extras desde que llegue, no funcionaban los controles para television, las toallas de la habitacion demasiado viejas, el aire no era bueno

Firstly I would like to say that the staff and cleanliness of the hotel were above reproach. Special shout out to Luis and Erik, who went above and beyond. Sadly this is all that can be said that was good about this resort. I did my research, read the reviews and picked this resort for a few reasons. Firstly, Expedia states 3 restaurants. This is not the case. There was one restaurant outside of buffet that was spread between 3 resorts. This restaurant did the a la carte on most days but was closed Monday and Tuesday of our stay. First night we did the A la cart I was very ill all night. Buffet was over run with pigeons. They walked all over the "clean tables" and utensils and were frequently shooed out of the kitchen and food area. Second reason I picked this resort as swim up bar, and pools. The swim up bar was closed and we were told hasn't been open in years. The main pool was in horrible shape, loose tiles etc. the second pool has a big sign that says adult only area but was overrun with kids. Security refused to do anything about this. bar at this pool was frequently closed. It wasn't until half way through our vacation that the pool in the adjacent Star Palace was opened. this pool was small but at least the bar was open. the last few nights of our stay, the hotel allowed people to party and blare music past 3 am. it was so bad that people were throwing things off the balconies at the partiers to try to get them to be quiet. Overall I would not recommend this resort.
