The host was amazing! Super friendly guy always with a smile and good English. Location is great but also crowded. Nice place to feel the local life.

Il titolare è stato davvero gentile, premuroso anche nel portare la valigia su e giù dalle scale (non c'è l'ascensore). Si trova in pieno Old Quarter, in una posizione eccellente per poter girare la città sia a piedi che con i Grab (Uber del Vietnam). La stanza è abbastanza pulita, ampia e come da descrizione.

A great stay overall. If you want to truly experience the vibe of Hanoi’s Old Town, this is the perfect place to stay, as it’s located right on one of the streets in the Old Quarter.

From here, it’s very easy to walk to the market and all the main points of interest.

What really makes the difference is the owner. They are incredibly kind, helpful, and always in a good mood. There’s such a warm and positive energy that makes you feel comfortable right away.

They are always willing to help with anything you need, which makes the stay much more enjoyable.

Overall, a very pleasant and authentic experience.

Lo recomiendo totalmente! Buena ubicación, la habitación estaba super bien y las camas eran cómodas (por fin encontramos una cama que no fuese tan dura!). Estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotras y nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos. Estamos muy agradecidas 😊

Central location in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter. It is in a bustling street lined with traders and shops. Quiet enough overnight though. My double room was a good size, had a comfortable bed and a bathroom with a decent shower. Owner Tien was very helpful and speaks good English.

The location was great - in Old Quarter so most places were walking distance away

I like how friendly and accommodating the staff are. The location was great as it was near almost every good tourist spot, especially the Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel, overall, is clean and comfortable. I'll definitely book again when I visit Hanoi

De gastheer (Tien) is super aardig en vrolijk en brengt veel energie mee wat het verblijf extra leuk maakt. Het zit goed gelegen in de Old Quarter en kun je overal goed heen lopen.

L'hôtel est bien situé mais un peu cher. La literie est confortable.

Very comfortable and clean room. Great location - so close to everything, easy walking distance to everything in the old city. Bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked well, hot water also worked well. Very quiet room. Mr Tien was very welcoming, so happy and kind everytime we saw him and vey happy to help - arranged an airport taxi for us, and helped us find somewhere to post things home.
