Staff was extremely and welcoming

We had the best stay in Hanoi Boutique House. Mr T and his son were the nicest people we’ve met in Vietnam and we will definitely be booking here again when we come back. The room was spacious and clean and bathroom was perfect.

Location is great! Down a very lively little backstreet right in the heart of the Old Town action. Mr. Tien is a very personable and helpful host. The first night we arrived late and were booked into the wrong room but straight away Mr. Tien apologised and resolved the issue by putting us in a larger room the following day and also giving us a small discount for our trouble. The rooms themselves are a little dated (some scuffs and marks on the furnishings) but felt clean and was very good value for money. Mr. Tien also helped arrange a very reasonably priced taxi from the airport and also SIM cards for us at no extra cost.

The accommodation is conveniently located on the edge of the Old Quarter with a lot of tourist facilities (cafes, bars, restaurants, street food, travel agents, ATM, money exchange etc.). Furthermore, some tourist sights are within walking distance. There is a small bakery around the corner with some lovely and freshly baked goodies.

We had a quick check-in. It was amazing that the reception was open and we could already get into the room at 6 am when our night train arrived, for a reasonable extra price. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Hot water and wifi was provided safely.

This was such a perfect place to stay in Hanoi old quarter - tucked away down a small road away from the more touristic feeling part, but only a very short walk to feel like you're in the centre of it. The owner Mr Tien was so friendly - his welcome was heart warming. The room was comfortable and quiet, and I liked the decor. Lots of great restaurants and cafes in the area, and a short walk to the main bus stop

Ho potuto lasciare il mio bagaglio da loro le notti che ho passato a Sapa e ad Halong Bay, il che ha reso il viaggio molto piu’ comodo. E’ stato un grande plus

La posizione e’ ottima, la stanza e’ pulita e il proprietario e la moglie sono molto accoglienti e simpatici.
Ho prenotato un bus e il tour di 2 giorni per halong bay molto facilmente e con un buon prezzo. Mi hanno anche prenotato un driver per l’aeroporto a un buon prezzo

If u need airport transfer then reception man can help u and its much cheaper then booking with yourself. He's nice and very friendly man and he can help u anything u need😃👌
