Location is good. Room size is great
The room I stayed in was not clean. There were stains on the sheets and the towels. Also I got an additional upgrade because the original room I booked was “not available” so they put me in a street level room. I was not comfortable I asked for a downgrade
Hotel is in a nice and quiet neighborhood which is rare so nights are quit! staff is extremely nice especially Joshua at the front desk! Joshua made sure I was taken care of with my large extended bed pick up truck during my stay!

Very good hotel with an excellent location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Joshua, who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. He was kind, attentive, and made a real difference in our experience. We would definitely stay here again.
After long flight and horrible time at the LAX, Montrose was a hiatus from valet helping you with luggage to check in process. Had million questions and Joshua at front desk was lovely enough to answer all of them. Multiple restaurants near by and free wine hour at the restaurant. I can guarantee every time you leave you’ll get a have a nice day from the front desk and when you return a welcome back. Can’t wait to be back!
Second time staying at the Montrose Beverly Hills and just when you think they cannot get any better they up their game and just do not disappoint!! The most attentive friendly and approachable staff, Dante, Andrew just incredible!! and a wealth of information in helping us to make the most of our holiday. The rooms are incredible, the roof top pool, the location, the vibe, just a great experience all round and we will definitely be back again! Thank you to everyone at The Montrose for giving us the most incredible experience again x

Easy check in, beautiful location. Front desk was very kind. Everything so far has been clean and stylish. Location is still quiet.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. I want to highlight the staff: Odie, Carla, and David. I travel with a service dog for military related issues, and I was pretty stressed the day of check-in because of some bad traffic. They made check-in so quick and easy, and I was so appreciative. Plus, the room was spacious at a great price.
The staff at the Montrose were incredibly welcoming! They truly were responsible for setting a positive tone for my solo getaway. Angel, the guardian of the morning brew, was all smiles and ensured the complimentary coffee was fresh and replenished throughout the morning. The kind made me feel like an appreciated guest and not only an out-of-town customer coming to LA to enjoy the serenity of their roof top pool. Thank you!

The location and personnel were lovely.
The facilities were dated at best. While the feel was 70’s nostalgic it was environmentally challenging. Old carpet, musty.
This place is a great finding West Hollywood, with large comfortable rooms with a big lounge area separate to the bedroom. Everything is modern and clean and the staff are great. Thank you, Joshua and Tim for looking after us.
