I have never been this dissatisfied with a booking made through Booking.com.

Considering the amount I have paid, the standard of cleanliness is disappointing. Please ensure the room is cleaned thoroughly, particularly underneath the bed and sofa. I would also like to point out that the towels appear worn and should be replaced.

Cons:

Det mest ”spartanska” hotellrum jag någonsin haft. Ett rum med fyra vita väggar utan någonting annat än en TV och ett litet fönster mot en trång bakgård. Den enda möbeln en säng. Ingen stol att sitta i. Inget bord. Ingenstans att tömma kappsäcken utom på sängen eller på ett otvättat parkettgolv utan mattor. Ett badrum utan avställningsytor och utan krokar att hänga handukarna på. Utan att ha erfarenhet tror jag att en fängelsecell skulle vara mera ombonad

A hotel I have loved for years, but unfortunately the housekeeping was very disappointing this time.

I have been staying at this hotel for many years, and it has always been one of my favorite hotels in Barcelona. I have always enjoyed my stays here.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this was the first time I experienced such poor housekeeping. The room was not cleaned properly, the bed sheets were not changed, and I had to personally ask for the room to be cleaned. This was very disappointing, especially as I have been a loyal guest for years. I truly hope the hotel improves its housekeeping standards, as I would love to continue staying here.

Convenience, great poacty
Pros:

Fantastic location, all within walking distance to Casa Batlo , Casa Mila, Boqueria Market, lots of cafes and restaurants, Staff were friendly, room clean and decent size, comfortable bed and pillow. Loved the shower as it has a door and no water mess. Good selection for bfast. I could stay here again

Cons:

I was there 2 days and was out most of the time. I found the place suitable for us. So nothing really to complain
