Beautiful panaromaic view from the room. I loved the terrace and the spacious room. Everything was perfectly cleen and in good condition.

We stayed in one of the Prime rooms at this hotel and were very pleased with the accommodations. A large balcony, hot tub and a gorgeous view. Restaurant was also good. Staff very friendly. The property is small compared to other accommodations on the island given its location but it is designed well given its space limitations. Overall a good value.

The food was absolutely sensational. We ended up eating all our meals at the hotel, which we normally do not do on a vacation since we consider ourselves "NYC Foodies"

Our family suite/village has its own pool and jacuzzi. Our children also each had their own room and the views from the room were breathtaking. The restaurant on site also was our favorite restaurant we ate at on the island out of the 5 that we went to

We really enjoyed our stay . Everyone was very kind to us. they were very helpful and showed us around the property. Diogo was great in answering our questions. The meals were delicious , the waitresses were very kind. We loved everything about our visit.. The only thing is, I think I left my skirt in my room ,in the closet where the safe is. Unbelievable! Nothing short of perfect. From the view to the property amenities and the food was incredible.

Beautiful view and great restaurant.

Great location, wonderful breakfast and superhelpful staff. We traveled with our 22 month old for 9 days and we were treated very well and most importantly the staff took care of our daughter's needs and were very patient.

We stayed in the VIP Villa above the reception and had an incredible view and room for 3 nights and then spent 6 nights in the Family Villa which was so spacious and comfortable for us and my parents who joined us. We had some issues with our room but the staff took care of them immediately and ensured we were happy through the whole stay.

I highly recommend staying here!

This is a stunning property in the beautiful location overlooking the water. It is about 15 minutes outside of Ponta Delgada in Lagoa. The sweets are beautiful and I especially liked the private pool with my suite. The breakfast included your stay is wonderful, and they do offer a dinner service for an additional fee. The staff are wonderfully friendly, and I have no hesitation and staying there again. You will not regret staying at this location. It is walking distance into beautiful Lagoa.

From the moment my wife and I pulled up to the gate the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The whole stay was top notch from start to finish. Breakfast is fantastic, the restaurant for dinner is also great. Will most definitely return for sure.

What a beautiful spot! This was the most relaxing accommodation on our trip. Our villa had everything necessity well thought out and it was wonderful just listening to the waves crashing below. The staff was great and the food was excellent! Would highly recommend this property.
