Convince to hospital
No walk in shower with grab bars
It was updated since the last time we stayed there. Last time we stayed around Feb 14 2025 and it was the jacuzzi suite . Very outdated. So this time we were in a king suite and it was pretty nice.
They charged me the $150 security deposit. It was pending and now its actually charged. I called and he said give it 3-5 days ... that was Friday. It better come off. I disputed it as well. We didn't do anything in that room
Breakfast was trash... it was okay, but could have been way better.
The location met our needs, the lobby had been refurbished, it was easy to access and the room was comfortable and clean.
The desk clerk's English was so heavily accented it was almost impossible to communicate with him. They had a problem with our reservation through booking.com, and rather than resolving it directly, they insisted that we get involved and threatened to kick us out If we did not pay again. The room had not been renovated in at least 20 years. Paint all over the room was chipped and cracked and upholstery was worn. That being said, the carpet had been changed, and it was a suite style room with a separate sitting area with a door that closed between it and the bedroom. It was very clean, however, we did not request maid service, and the maid came in without knocking. But the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The protein available included hard boiled eggs that were not fully hard boiled. There were no hot proteins available.

First I called the hotel to see if I can pay a cash deposit instead of my card the person on the phone said yes! Me and my husband is driving from Minnesota to Milwaukee to visit our Family, we arrived around 9pm the the staff was so rude I asked him was it a ATM in the building so I can get cash for my deposit he says we don't expect cash deposit anymore I told him I called and they told me that I could he said well No! So I said well I don't have all that money in my account but I do have cash he said I can't do it now its cold and we just drove 6 hours so I end up getting it together but he had no sympathy for us and had a very nasty attitude, then asked me is it only going to be me and my husband in the room at that point i felt that was racially profiled by a Indian guy ILL NEVER COME BACK THEIR AGAIN, and their hot tub was cold and the pool was too no pool towels, and my tub filled up when we took showers..

The room was very nice.
Absolutely nothing I didn’t even want to use the pool or eat breakfast I was treated horribly on my birthday I thought I booked the room with the jacuzzi but understood I didn’t I wanted to know if I could instead the guy at the front desk was rude and didn’t explain why i couldn’t upgrade. I didn’t mind paying extra he didn’t explain the $150 charge and kept snatching everything out my hands no room service came for trash or towels when I asked for extra towels I was told I had to leave my room and bring the old wet ones down and my trash could not be picked up UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY I’ve stayed in MOTELS that had better customer service peoples kids ran through the halls all hours of the night the AC was so loud I preferred to sleep in the hot and it was almost 80 this weekend which sucked!! I literally cried tears because I’ve been so busy with work and school all I wanted to do was relax and this weekend was far from that I’m very disappointed I almost went home without a refund but my fiancee told me it wasn’t worth it and we made the best of the situation I will never visit again.
