Definitely worth 50$ a night
Pros:

Really nice people at the front desk

Cons:

There was shredded cheese in the bed when I got to the room. There was a whole in the wall and ceiling. There was mold in the bathroom. And there was shit all over the floor

Leider hat mir nichts gefallen.

Cons:

Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr schlecht. Mein Zimmer sowie das Bett hatte einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch.

Ich hatte noch nicht einmal einen Schreibtischstuhl im Zimmer.

Ich habe dort zwei Nächte verbracht und nach knapp zwei Monaten immer noch nicht meine Kaution von 75 Dollar wiederbekommen, obwohl man mit es zweimal am Telefon bestätigt hat.

Ich würde dort kein zweites Mal hingehen.

Waste of my time
Cons:

Front desk was abrasive tried to triple charge me and tell me it was booking.coms fault. Tried giving me a registration print out when I asked for a refund. After 3 different times of me asking for a refund and 2 different print outs they finally gave me my money back. Definitely won't be trying to go back.

Short. I stayed for 3 hours and ended up leaving
Pros:

The new owners were very kind and sweet and understanding.

Cons:

Nothing worked… there weren’t card keys for the doors, so if you left your room for a second, you have to go get the person to unlock the door over and over. And there were crackheads smoking (which isn’t the owners fault), and it triggered the fire alarm.

Would stay there again any time I could

The value was what made me stay and it was very close to the music venue I was going to visit that night, so it was just a perfect fit all the way around, great staff and very nice comfortable rooms and beds,,
