Pros:

I stayed during an EAA crunch. Prices had spiked. Many properties were already booked. Fine for me as a solo traveler. Not sure I'd feel good about my spouse or kids staying there with me. The location is convenient but rather industrial & bleak. Check in was awkward & long. My room was recently renovated & clean. My room was quiet. The breakfast was good. I would have given it 3 stars but the friend traveling with me was checked into a dirty room and chose not to stay, which affected the overall experience greatly.

I called n called no answer sat at fronr desk for like 15-20 minutes then realized the guy wassleepI
Cons:

The person working the desk was sleeping on the couch in the lobby! I even took pictures of him!!
My door didn't even lock key card was useless
I called n called no answer then went to lobby at desk couldn't find anyone after about twenty minutes I found the worker sleeping on the couch

The staff was unhelpful, made an error, and I still have not received my receipt in my email.
Pros:

The apples were wrinkly and old.

Cons:

The smell of the overall hotel, when you walked in it smelled musty and mildewy. Upstairs where out room was it smelled worse and my clothes and luggage came home with the smell attached.

Disappointed and dissatisfied.

We checked in at 10pm at night and the rooms weren't even ready for us. The key card kept getting deactivated. I Was not told if there were breakfast or not so had no idea. Didn't have enough pillows in the room. The bathroom door looked like someone had a fight in the room and punch the door hard. The chair was broken on one leg. The two bed headboard were all scratched up/torn. One of the other room had no shower curtains. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

I would never book this hotel again!
Pros:

When we got in to check in it was 10 PM and was told they had to check to see if they had a room available. They should’ve had a room ready prior to our check in that day since we booked the room. Also when we got into our room there was no shower curtain!

Cons:

Everything! Bad services.

The bottom of the door where there’s a little stick it had broke off when we got in the room, like it was already broken when we got there.

Run don’t stay hotels are scammers
Pros:

They rip you off . When booking with booking .com they tell you your room wasn’t paid for even though you show them it was they make you cancel that booking with booking.com and pay with them and tell you to call booking.com to get your money back and when you do booking will tell you the hotel has a no cancellation policy so your screwed and pay for 2 rooms and get one .

Cons:

The scams they run and how old and outdated the hotel is . The shower was nasty and had hair and god only knows what else all over the shower walls

Do not stay here. Horrible
Pros:

Horrible place to stay. Charged us twice. Check in person was very rude to guests. Rooms not very clean. Could not figure out our reservation. Staff not very helpful.

Cons:

Half clean. Prior used towels on the floor. New ones where they were supposed to be. Trash not emptied. One bed made nicely. Other one made them someone napped on top
