Will definitely stay here again when in NYC!!
Pros:

Excellent location, room view, cleanliness, and friendly staff!! Wish I could find where to buy the rabbit light in the room. Amazing experience from check in to checkout before the NYC blizzard of 2026!!

Front desk and receptionists were wonderful and helped me with our requests and issues.

Housekeeping didn’t dust the rooms, dust particles were visible on furniture, walls and doors. Housekeeping didn’t give us the right number of towels one time and left soiled or stained pillowcases on the desk. Telephone couldn’t be fixed.

Great location. Friendly staff. Efficient and clean housekeeping. Modern hotel decor. Larger than average hotel room. Free water and snacks available. Outdoor covered seating at hotel entrance.

Cons:

Elevators can be slow. Noise travels easily. No refrigerator in the room. Lack of environmentally protective practices.

Wouldn’t return to this hotel. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Friendly staff at front desk

Cons:

Noisy guests in the hall outside our room kept us up for hours. There was a party in the hallway. The room was small without adequate lighting. The bathroom sink was tiny. Could barely was my face. There was an empty lotion container in the bathroom. No lotion, just the container.

The staff was great, the hotel was clean, but the decor was detracting.
