Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcı idi. İstekle çalışmaları hoşuma gitti. Otel temizdi, oda temizlik hizmeti de iyiydi. Suyun sıkıntı olmaması da çok rahatlatıcıydı. Ayrıca restoranı da başarılı bulduk.
The first room had cigarette smell and we had to ask for a change, when we finally got in the other room it wasn’t as cleaned as expected for the price we paid. We left for a fashion show and when we came back there was no water for the whole night. Apparently there was an outage and we were never notified about this… it was a nightmare !
The hotel has a great location. The rooms are relatively spacious for Manhattan, and the decor is nice. I absolutely loved the shower ambiance and I still miss it. The toiletries were exceptional. I was really happy with my stay. I will note that several reviews had negative comments about the nightclub. I did not experience any problems related to the nightclub: there was a line outside, separate from the hotel entrance. People coming to the nightclub used one of the hotel elevators but this was pretty late at night, and this was roped off and separated from the rest of the hotel, and supervised by a bouncer. You needed key card access to get to guest floors, so I did not see a safety issue at all from the nightclub. And, most of the nightclub guests I saw were groups of young women. Perhaps noise could be an issue on the floors closest to the top of the hotel; if this is a potential concern for you, just request a lower floor. There were so many nice people at the hotel, both guests and employees, and the room was one of the cleanest I've stayed in this year. Really great!
I could hear guests in the next room through the wall which kept me up very late one night. Not much the hotel can do about noisy people though. I think this is just a casualty of staying in a fun hotel.

Location was ok. Staff was busy but pleasant.
Staff could not locate the booking reservation. Final receipt posted incorrectly (accounting very helpful fixing this a few days later). No water first night! Very small rooms and bathrooms
