Terrible experience. Stay away.
Cons:

On the day of check in they just cancelled my stay saying my card was invalid. When I called to ask what happened they said they could not charge my card (which is expected as in india you need a PIN to charge any amount to a credit card) and sold my room to someone else.
I asked for another booking and told them I will pay at the property, they told me they are sold out.

This same card that they marked invalid I have used for my other booking for my stay in the city. Best avoid this unprofessional hotel and its staff.

Awesome experience, value for money, Front office, F&B Staff, HK team are very pleasant, cordial.
Pros:

Breakfast Buffet was great. Staff were also very cordial and pleasant.

The ambience and the whole look and feel of Zone is exceptional.

Food at the restaurant was too good - variety as well as presentation.

View from the 10th floor is just awesome.
Loved my stay

Cons:

Mosquitoes in Reception area and the restaurant.
Please do something about it.

Not good
Pros:

Now it’s cold weather… no hot water coming for shower or anything I called stuff but thy also don’t slove the problem
