Pros:

It's a quiet place though just a couple of kilometers away from all the buzz around major offices in New Town. Nice place to be yourself away from noises all through being close to the business world.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit old, need renovation. Upgrading required for rooms, bathroom fittings, flooring etc. Plain white walls look boring, like a govt office. Expected a better set up given that it's a property by The Park. The Park has lowered their standards.
