Great Stay Good Location close to the Airport, Nice Staff.
Pros:

The location was good to avoid the BLR traffic hours and since my conference was nearby this hotel was a great location. I would like to appreciate the staff especially the Front Office Team (Jazz / Jayavarthini - who is excellent in communicating with you regarding the booking) and the Restaurant team who are very humble and helpful.

Cons:

The Cleanliness around the hotel could be improvised. And they should have some entertainment activity in the hotel, as it gets a little boring when on low dates.

Pros:

The hotel is quite close to the airport so it was convenient to get there.
I landed early in the morning (4am) and the staff accommodated and met me at the reception at this late hour.
The staff were very friendly, they asked me if I wanted something special for breakfast as I looked very lost when I came to the restaurant, I can’t eat spicy food so they made me a plain omelette and toast.

Cons:

My room was not clean, I don’t think they changed the sheets after the previous guests. I also had a room with an open concept bathroom, that doesn’t have any shower curtain or door, so it gets very wet. There were some issues with hot water as well.
