Easy on the breakfast rule

I rend a suite and they charge me for a suite with jacuzzi and all the powers and when I arrive they give me a crap of room,first not a suite, the a/c not working,the room super dirty, the outside a mess and for this its not was for what I paid it's the worst if I can call suite that I ever see and i can't stay in this crippy room I have to leave for the condition sow bad of the hotel I can't stay I never take it one room in this chain of hotel never and I recommend to everyone to NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTE.......THIS MOTEL BETTER SAID

Everything, the place,the room,the a/c not working,don't have the jacuzzi, or triangular tub like jacuzzi the cleaning it's worse than i spect inside and outside I never reserved in one of this one NEVER AND I HOPE THAT NOBODY DO IT TOO

Location to the event downtown was perfect location

Cons:

Charging me a second deposit after I needed one more night of staying 5 previous days. I made an error in booking after going to the front desk to pay for another night the clerk said she had to charge card for another deposit other than that it was ok
