Very Disappointing for a Four Star Hotel
Pros:

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Termini Station and directly opposite Santa Maria Maggiore, which was beautiful to see every day. The rooftop breakfast area has an amazing view of the city. The breakfast itself was decent, although the selection was quite limited

Cons:

I was very disappointed overall. This was the worst four-star hotel experience I’ve had. The hotel looks elegant at first, but the rooms feel very old. If you have allergies or respiratory issues, be aware that the air conditioning seemed to blow dusty air, and the carpeted floors and walls made the room feel stuffy.

The biggest issue was the bedding. Although the sheets looked clean, the blanket underneath was extremely old and had visible brown and red stains, which was unpleasant and unhygienic. I asked them to provide a clean white sheet instead, as I no longer felt comfortable using the bedding. They did provide one, and since it was summer, it was enough for me to sleep comfortably. However, had I been staying during colder months, this would have been a much more serious issue and I would likely have chosen a different hotel. The condition of the blanket was genuinely shocking and, quite frankly, disgusting.

The service was also inconsistent. I often had to request basic items and information. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations for a four-star property.

Jättesköna sängar med skön temperatur i rummet.

Cons:

Ligger ditt rum på våning 5, då blir man väldigt störd av möbler som flyttas runt på restaurangen /baren ovanför, hela natten.

Decent enough hotel for the money, with good location
Pros:

The rooms are clean. Rooms are well equipped, although appliances and furniture show some wear and tear. This is particularly apparent when it comes to shower heads, drains and so on. I would recommend replacement of drain mechanism of the bath tub in its entirety, as it is corroded beyond repair and no longer functioning.

Cons:

The receptionist had issue with us paying city tax in cash instead of card.
For some reason he pretended not to have enough change by hand. Finally, he departed to consult with someone, and suddenly found a way to open a registry. I doubt his behavior was due to language barrier, as he had no issue conversing with me or other guests.

Loved the location and the room was beautiful. The rooftop bar was absolutely Amazing too!

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, schöne Dachterrasse und gutes Frühstücksbüffet

Cons:

Klimaanlage liess sich nicht ausschalten, sondern sprang nach einigen Augenblicken wieder an, und zwar auf 19 Grad, obschon 22 Grad eingestellt waren. War ziemlich unangenehm, besonders nachts.

Great location, nice building and great rooftop bar / restaurant
