Léger (très léger) bémol : l’hôtel est proche de la gare de Termini (ça c’est plutôt un bon point pour arriver et partir)w
Et on sait que le soir, les quartiers des gares ….

Very convenient location; Rome's tourist spots (from the Colosseum to the Trevi Fountain) are within walking distance. We even walked to the Vatican, even though it took an hour. The big train station is very close, too. The Papal Basilica of Saint Mary Major is literally on the other side of the road. The roof bar is wonderful, both when eating breakfast and drinking something in the evening.
The Wi-Fi connection was very spotty, but these days that's not that big of a deal. However, in the suite's bedroom, the AC couldn't be turned off* or tuned higher than 21 degrees. Some people love cold sleep - I don't and got a cold thanks to it. (To be precise: it could be turned off, but it always came back in 15 seconds.)

The location was great. They have a nice rooftop bar/lounge with beautiful views.
The interior needs an upgrade. The carpet, furniture was old. The air conditioning wasn't good. The main elevator was out of order and we had to use the service elevator for the 2 days we stayed.
Location is wonderful. The hotel is beautiful with a historic vibe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage on check-out day so we could enjoy the last day without the hassle.
The beds and pillows were terrible and we were told we got an upgrade to a King suite, the bed was not a King and it was very hard, so were the pillows. The AC was controlled by them and kept going up in temperature, we understand it was 38 degrees outside and it was a privilege to even have AC in Rome but at times it was uncomfortable, especially considering how much $$ we paid.
The terrace view was genuinely great — definitely the highlight of the stay and a beautiful spot to relax above the city.
The prices at the terrace bar were horrendous. Paying 20 EUR for an Aperol Spritz is a misunderstanding for such a small amount of alcohol, and even then the drinks weren’t very good — I had two, and both were disappointing considering the price.
The elevator situation was also frustrating: the main elevator wasn’t working, so guests had to use a service elevator.
In the room, the hairdryer didn’t work at all, which shouldn’t happen in a hotel at this level.
Convenient to train station. Warm welcome. Nice rooms.
