후기에 청소 얘기가 좀 많아서 걱정했는데 클리닝 스태프분이 숙소 도착했을 때 깨끗하게 치우고 계셔서 믿음이 갔어요 !! 연박 시 어매니티가 추가로 미리 제공되는 점과 위치가 하카타역 텐진 역 중간이라 백화점이랑 돈키 가기도 편했고 근처에 편의점도 많아서 쇼핑하기 좋았어요!! 다음에 오면 또 이용할 것 같아요

추가금을 내더라도 얼리 체크인 할 수 있는 옵션이 있으면 좋겠고 숙박세 내는 게 복잡했어요ㅠㅠ 해외 결제 되는 카드가 없거나 인터넷 잘 안 터지면 이 점이 불편할 것 같아요

Good location but hardware to be improved
Pros:

The location is prefect and centrally located. There are lots of restaurants around the area and everything is super convenience.

Cons:

The soundproof was bad. We can hear the kids scramming and running from the next room. Also as the hotel is in the restaurant building, we can smell the food in the lift which is a bit unpleasant.

최악
Cons:

지금껏 방문했던 후쿠오카 숙소중 가장 안좋았음.
창문이 열리지 않아 먼지가 많고 환기가 안됨.
수건에서는 냄새가 나고.
소파는 굉장히 불편했음.
도로변이라 밤에도 굉장히 시끄러움.
결정적으로 짐보관이 안됨.
한층에 겨우 2개 객실이 있는데 호텔이라고 할수 있는건지...

壁がポロポロ落ちていたり細かいゴミ？がちらほら落ちてました。冷房がきかず暑かったです。ソファがガムテープで修正されていて使うのに気を使った。上の階がBARだから仕方なかったのか重低音のようなものが深夜聞こえていて寝ずらかった。

Not nearly as nice as the pictures, but a good value if you can live with it
Pros:

Location was excellent! Loved being right near the action in Hakata. The layout of the room was good.

Cons:

Our room needed serious maintenance, from clogged sink, to every corner wall having damage, to unfinished plywood on the floor boards, drafty windows, and just a hole covered by wood plank in shower that allowed tons of cold air in.

Cool little apartment in good location

Cons:

We had issues with the air conditioner. It was super hot and we just couldn't get the AC to cool down the sleeping area, so it was really uncomfortable to sleep. But staff were very quick to try figure out a solution (although it didn't solve the issue unfortunately).

立地がよく、屋台の食べ飲み歩きにもちょうど良かったです。隣の部屋の声とかが筒抜けだったのが気になりましたがそれ以外は快適に過ごせました。天井が高かったので圧迫感がなく海外の方にもいいと思います。
