2026년 10월 17일~20일, 3박 숙박했습니다.
첫날 밤 비가 오지 않았는데도 객실 창문 주변으로 바깥 물이 들어와 벽을 타고 흘러내렸고, 캐리어 안까지 물이 들어가 옷이 젖었습니다. 무인 호텔이라 먼저 객실에 있는 패드 기기로 직원과 통화해 상황을 알렸고, 이어서 밤 10시 30분쯤 사진과 영상을 첨부해 이메일로도 신고했습니다.
방 변경을 요청했지만 빈방이 없다며 수건만 받았고, 결국 물을 닦아가며 같은 방에서 지내야 했습니다.
다음 날 호텔은 천장을 점검했지만 누수 흔적이 없다고 답했고, 이후 환불을 요청하자 물 문제가 있었던 것은 사과하면서도 '체크아웃 후에는 환불 불가'라는 이유로 거절했습니다. 문제는 체크아웃 후가 아니라 숙박 중에 전화와 이메일로 신고한 것이라 납득하기 어려웠습니다.
위치는 편리했지만, 객실에 문제가 생겼을 때의 대응은 실망스러웠습니다. 예약하실 분들은 참고하시길 바랍니다.
Stayed 3 nights, October 17–20, 2026.
On the first night, water came into our room from outside around the window, even though it was not raining. It ran down the wall and got inside my suitcase, and some of our clothes got wet. As this is an unmanned hotel, I first called the staff using the tablet device in the room to explain the situation, and then also reported it by email around 10:30 pm with photos and a video.
I asked to change rooms, but was told no rooms were available and was only given towels, so we had to stay in the same room and keep wiping up the water.
The next day, the hotel said they had checked the ceiling and found no signs of a leak. When I later asked for a refund, they apologized for the water issue but refused, saying refunds are not possible after check-out, even though I had reported the problem by phone and email during my stay.
The location was convenient, but I was disappointed with how the hotel handled the problem. Please keep this in mind when booking.

隔音很差、剛好隔壁住了沒水準的人，有兩天都是凌晨三四點被吵醒

추가금을 내더라도 얼리 체크인 할 수 있는 옵션이 있으면 좋겠고 숙박세 내는 게 복잡했어요ㅠㅠ 해외 결제 되는 카드가 없거나 인터넷 잘 안 터지면 이 점이 불편할 것 같아요

The soundproof was bad. We can hear the kids scramming and running from the next room. Also as the hotel is in the restaurant building, we can smell the food in the lift which is a bit unpleasant.

지금껏 방문했던 후쿠오카 숙소중 가장 안좋았음.
창문이 열리지 않아 먼지가 많고 환기가 안됨.
수건에서는 냄새가 나고.
소파는 굉장히 불편했음.
도로변이라 밤에도 굉장히 시끄러움.
결정적으로 짐보관이 안됨.
한층에 겨우 2개 객실이 있는데 호텔이라고 할수 있는건지...
