Pros:

The location is nice, about a 10-minute walk from the main bus and island ferry terminals. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, but still features some pretty tasty local restaurants and a convenience store nearby. The service is limited in some ways (reception hours, etc as stated in advance) but very friendly and responsive.

The room seemed in good condition, and a solid value for the price. Some little nitpicks regarding cleanliness - a couple crevices where dust had accumulated (i.e. on top of door hinges), and lint build-up around some edges inside the washing machines. Nothing particularly egregious however. Would choose again for a pleasant, very affordable stay.

Pros:

石垣住みの友人の家に近かったのでこちらに決めました。施設は古そうですが清潔でとても静かで落ち着けました。ただ、エアコンが壊れていたため部屋を大きいのにかえてくれました。キッチン、レンジなどがあるので自炊もできそうです。ホテルの近くには朝食専門のお店もあるそうです。

ワンルームのマンションをホテルにしている。受付と建物が離れている。机が無くてパソコンが使えない。朝食無し。ホテルとして使うのはどうかな

部屋は綺麗で風呂トイレ別なのはいいですが、不便なところが多いです。
まず、部屋にテーブルや椅子がないのでベッドに座るしかない。洗面所もタオル掛けがなかったり、洗面台が大きいのに物を置くところが狭い。
キッチンありますが、調理器具は別料金。そもそも作った料理をテーブルがないのにどこで食べるのか…
部屋は綺麗ですし、スタッフさんの対応もいいですが、その辺が困ったところでした。
部屋には洗濯機、浴室乾燥機があるので、それは良かったです。

Pros:

衛生面だとお風呂場の黒カビが少し気になったが、そんなに酷くはなかったので許容範囲内です。
洗濯機と乾燥機が無料で使えて、浴室乾燥機がついてたのはとても良かった！

部屋も広くキチンと清掃されていて気持ちよくすごしました。

浴室の乾燥システムも便利でした。

ただ上階の音がうるさいことがあったので、ゲストにはひとこと注意を促して欲しいかな？と思いました。

石垣島のターミナルから徒歩15分
Pros:

パジャマがないのが不便だった。

2回にわけて泊まったのですが、2回目に案内された部屋の掃除が行き届いてなく、ベッドの上がホコリがかぶっていた。

でも全体的にはキレイなホテルで快適でした。
