Insane hotel. The room was clean, cozy and spacious. Did not want to leave. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were amazing. The hotel was in a good location and the staff were really lovely. If I ever go back to San Fran I would 100% stay here again!

The view, the room looked nice .
The bathroom had a weird clicking noise that happen periodically. The bed wasn’t up to par with Marriott locations i’ve stayed at.
It is well located. Period.
Very disappointing stay, not worthy of a 4-star hotel.
1. The staff was rude and unwelcoming. There was no help and no attempt to apologize for the poor service.
2. Our room had a broken handle in the restroom. This is absolutely unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. At the very least, an apology would have been appropriate - but I didn’t receive a single word (I would have even expected a small gesture, like a treat in a room).
3. I paid extra for a room with a “view.” See the attached picture: this does not look like a skyline view to me. When I mentioned this at reception, they only nodded. No apology, no refund, no offer to change the room.
4. There is no soundproofing. I could literally hear every word from the neighboring room at night.
5. The towels are extremely small, so tiny that even a baby could barely be wrapped in them.
6. The water pressure is very low.
7. Housekeeping was poor: they didn’t even make the bed.
8. Even bottled water is charged.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Needed maintenance in our room and they came and solved the issue within minutes. The food from the restaurant was amazing. Everything was so clean and well kept. Definitely will be staying again.
Beautiful modern hotel with amazing furnishings and great view of the bay. Breakfast was included if titanium status. Starbucks right down street for 5am coffee folks. Walkable to all the sights of San Fran. 6 mile walk to Golden Gate Bridge and totally safe. Definitely would stay here again. Clean rooms, lobby, bathroom

The location was convenient, and the room was clean.
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay.
The hotel does not match how it presents itself. Some staff members were aggressive and clearly annoyed when we asked for help with an issue. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, they showed open dissatisfaction.
This is the first time I am leaving such a negative review. I travel a lot, and even hotels with fewer stars have provided a much better experience.
The location is good and the room was clean, but overall comfort and service were far below expectations.
From top to bottom the hotel was amazing . I highly recommend staying and they have everything you need . Staff completed the experience.

Television didn’t work. Would go on then shutdown when trying to make a TV selection. Shower wash, shampoo accessories in shower were difficult to extract product sticking dispensers.
Very elated experience with a lot of class I was welcomed with a warm smile and assurance of care. Once checked in I enjoyed the luxury of a well stylish room with lits of amenities that one loves to have when traveling. The location, privacy and oeace of mind equaled priceless.
The parking garage was not available with the size of our vehicle (height restriction), so we had to park about ten minutes away and walk back to the hotel. The Jay Doorman Bryner Bustos was such a calm presence after that hectic introduction to the hotel. He was helpful bringing up our bags and showing us where everything in the room was located. I hope the hotel can give him a commendation of some sort! Our room was modern and comfortable with an incredible floor-to-ceiling view of the Christmas lights on the Embarcadero Center buildings, the Sales Force Tower, and the bay bridge! We had a late snack at the cozy bar while a fun surprise party was happening. Great stay overall!
