Good Choice
Pros:

The Courtyard Page has a very nice western-style atmosphere that fits perfectly with the surrounding area. The property is built around a pleasant pool area, which creates a relaxing environment after a long day exploring the region.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, although I personally found them a bit dark in terms of lighting and decor.

The location overall is good and convenient for visiting the main attractions around Page. However, it is slightly more isolated and not the closest option to the main shops and restaurants in town.

Overall, it is a good hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, spacious accommodations, and a style that matches well with the destination.

Terrible time with the moths🫣
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at the Marriott for one night in May, as part of a fly drive package which we had booked through a travel agent. We had visited the Hotel some 8 years ago, and I had fond memories of our stay there.

When we checked into our room, and opened the curtains, we were greeted by about 15 live moths on the inside of the 2 windows. We got rid of these using tissue paper.
My husband went down to reception, and was told that there were moths all over Page, and in other motels and hotels as well. He was told that they come in through cracks in the sealant round the windows.
We decided to stick it out, as the room had been paid for in advance. We later found out that some other guests had been offered fly swatters, which would have helped us enormously.
The moths kept coming into our room all, fluttering over my head, making it impossible to sleep. They were all over the shower curtain.
I have sent 2 emails to the Hotel Manager, but have not received the courtesy of a reply.
This is so bad.
An apology plus a fly swatted, together with an offer of a free drink at the bar would have gone some way towards making us feel better about the whole experience.
Perhaps the Hotel could buy sealant to ensure the window surrounds are properly maintained!

I would not recommend staying here.

Nice property, but not the usual Marriott standard
Pros:

Property had a lot of potential with a nice lobby entrance area, but overall everything was a little dated - rooms and carpets were drab/bare, tiles missing in the outdoor hot tub, and the firepit area was nice, but they ruined it with a tacky no smoking sign which ruined the vibe. We enjoyed the pool area, hot tub, ping pong tables, and they had a small workable gym. They need more help at the front desk with only one person on staff so had to wait on line just to get a pool towel since they put them behind the front desk. Bed though was comfortable and shower pressure great so overall was a nice night sleep. Coffee in the morning was very weak but appreciated. Location was good with a 15 min walk into the main town (although up a relatively steep-ish hill past the golf course) where we head for dinner the one night.

Avoid! moths problem inside
Pros:

Huge Moths problem inside the hotel. We booked and checked in, but have to checkout in a few hours, realizing a dozen of moths in the room. The front desk explained that it was a common problem, but we found a few hotels without the problem within 5 min drive.

Not what we expect from Marriott
Pros:

Not so good. When we arrived at the Courtyard it did not look the same as the photos on the Marriott website. The hotel desperately needs to be refurbished, the carpet was worn, some of the outlet plugs did not work & the shower was very small.

Also they did not honor the complimentary breakfast for Platinum Elite. When I asked about it they said we could purchase breakfast but they don’t include. When I shared we typically get breakfast included, the lady at the front desk said other Marriott members had said the same thing. Overall we would not recommend this hotel.

This is NOT the usual Courtyard!
Pros:

PROs: the building is a desert inspired venue with wonderful care of the grounds and careful landscaping choices. This is a family but also business laid back resort with games area, a very nice pool and an equally nice restaurant. Not the usual Courtyard menu, neither for breakfast nor for dinner. VERY nice patios on opposite sides of the property, fire pits, ping pong, nice lobby lounge with fireplace etc.
Fine view for many rooms, towards Powell Lake. Floor to ceiling windows add to the experience.
CONs: from such a nice hotel, you feel kind of saddened when the rooms remind you of mainland old Courtyards.
CONCLUSIONS: Very nice medium-priced property in a spectacular setting.
It gives more than a usual Courtyard, way more.
They might know the type of market segment they have to stay in, but it could easily become a Tribute Portfolio (cf. what they did to the tiny The Inelle, Oakhurst Yosemite, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel) or something even nicer (the limitation is probably given by the square footing of the rooms - very Courtyard-ish).
