Everything was amazing! The staff was wonderful! The restaurant were all so good! Try the flautas at Casa Cami and the Ybor bowl from the Julian!

LOCATION AND VIEWS FROM ROOM WERE BEAUTIFUL. THE HOTEL WAS VERY NICE!

Cons:

ROOM HAD AN ODOR TO IT. WHEN HOUSEKEEPING CAME, DIDNT CLEAN THE ROOM VERY WELL, SEEMED TO ONLY MAKE THE BED AND TAKE OUT GARBAGE. THE BATHROOM WAS NOT CLEANED.

Amazing
Pros:

Nice spacious suite. Loved the rooftop restaurant/bar. Friendly employees. Great experience.

Cons:

Difficult to call the hotel and we walked in to make our reservation, months prior to our wedding date. We never got a confirmation email and were told that’s normal. We had to make a new reservation even though we made the reservation in person onsite.
