Clean tidy lovely comfortable bed
Decent size room, breakfast was great. Pool was a bit more for older kids, not much around hotel, price was up there but I understand it was a long weekend.
It looked very modern and not a bad price for having a kitchen.
We like the pool and free breakfast, staff (Myta) in dining during breakfast was nice
We didn’t like the smell of the room, nasty smell. I even went to shoppers to buy some airfreshener coz We can’t tolerate the nasty taste smell. receptionist was not in the front desk, you have to wait long for the staff to come in the front desk to check in.
It is a nice hotel. Very clean, staff were exceptional!! Room was very nice!! Complimentary breakfast was among the best we've ever had. We stayed in the king suite.
There were 2 things we didn't like about the hotel. One thing was the pillows. They were way too soft. Even with the 2 pillows, your head went down to the mattress. It was quite uncomfortable. I woke up with a very stiff neck. The second thing was the location. It's across from a bottle depot, and there were bums hanging out on the street in front. I know there's nothing that can be done about the location, but it's something that we didn't like.
Hotel is newer and very clean. Although I was located closer to the elevator, it was still very quiet. My room had a kitchen which was well stocked with necessities. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Breakfast was typical but good. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent staff - helped sort out an issue with booking a rokm on expedia.. it ended up being cheaper to book a suite through the hotel. Highly recommend.
