Fit for purpose.
Pros:

Exactly what we needed.
Clean and comfortable.
Very quiet despite the airport location.
Directly connected to T2. Cannot be any closer.
You can keep your trolley in the bedroom

Cons:

Be careful if you’re driving: parking to drop off bags in front of the hotel cost 7gbp and you have to pay via a site (info at checkin counter).

Pros:

Soundproofing from the noise of the aircraft was fantastic

Cons:

Poor service at the dinner in the evening at the restaurant. Poor quality food.

Can not believe that this is how we were treated surely this is not right or moral.
Pros:

Very upset about being fined for parking while accessing your property

Cons:

Access poor and being fined for parking while struggling with our bags. So much for a fair go for your guests.

Great location for a flight out of Heathrow.
Pros:

I just stayed one night as I had an early flight out. I had room service for dinner and it was delicious. The bed was comfortable and the shower had decent pressure. Not much more you can ask for really.
