So easy to get to from Terminal 2
Super comfortable beds
Rooms were very quiet , couldn't hear any aircraft or traffic noise.
Perfect for the tired traveller
Roof top bar with runway views was a bonus

soundproofing was poor from next door bedroom and corridor - we were disturbed by people arriving and no doubt disturbed them when getting ready for our flight at 3:30am

We checked in early and our room was ready. Dinner was very good. We especially liked the rooftop bar and the outside observation area. Buffet breakfast was also good.
The room was clean and quiet. Terminal 2 was a short 100 yard walk.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very easy to get to from the coach station. The room was clean and well equipped with iron and ironing board.
I felt it was a little over priced, but everything is in these present climate. There was no water ready to drink in the fridge.
The convenience of staying at Heathrow, although I thought it was located at T3 yet we had a long walk from the hotel T2 to T3. On the website it said a 12 minute walk, to T3. It was more like 20 plus minutes
the longer than I expected walk to the T3 and the two restaurants or bars did nit cater for food for a child. Too fancy for children. We would have loved to sit down as a family the night before our flight but instead I had to walk to M&S in T3 to get a meal deal which wasn't Ideal

Convenience to Heathrow Terminal 2 was the reason that we booked this hotel. The accommodation was modern hotel chain style - generic, but comfortable, clean, practical, efficient.
Nothing - it fit our needs perfectly.
