Amazing team, such nice people and they helped me a lot as I left my bag for the day I was away, and ended up being away a week due to the ATC problems last week. They took care of my bag, communicated clearly and did everything they could to help. The room was very expensive, but clearly a high demand time.
The room price was over £400 for one night, a lot more than usual, but I guess there was very high demand

Location was excellent - right next to the flight terminal
No breakfast available - despite me paying for it. Our 0800 flight meant leaving before 0600 (when the Hilton restaurant opened). There were no DIY/continental facilities that you'd expect - especially for a hotel that caters for all flights (including early ones). In reality unless your flight was after 0900 there is no way you can enjoy a breakfast there. We were offered a breakfast box (kid's juice carton, apple, mini croissant and small plain yoghurt). Very disappointing and not what we'd expect from this chain. Just taking advantage of guests who have no other option. Future guests - beware!
