Great location for T2 departures and easy access by road
I phoned before arrival and specifically asked if there were any charges for drop-off and was told there wasn't. When my daughter dropped us off we found there was a £7.20 charge
The restaurant was delicious. Can't beat the location.
The pull out sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable.

Location on Terminal 2 was fantastic very convenient as only a walk to check in for our flight which was early the next morning from that terminal.
Room had everything needed. Good Crabtree and Evelyn amenities, tea & coffee making facilities.
Restaurant and Runway bar good food and wine and spectacular view of planes landing and taking off.
Lifts were out of order when we arrived however the staff were helpful and let use the staff lift until they were fixed.
Room was not the easiest to find.

The location at the airport made it very easy to access an early flight.
Carpets are looking worn and tired. Rooms could use an update.
Reception staff very welcoming and courteous. Big room with big twin beds. Fabulous pillows! Sandwich selection available to buy in reception. Quiet atmosphere. Easy link to enter T2.
Difficult to access from bus station as had to walk around to the hotel. Elizabeth line link was closed so couldn't follow directions supplied by the hotel. However only took 7 minutes to walk.
