Reception area was very basic. Gives a lower first impression for any hotel. And first impressions count. Locked entrance was off putting.

Paper thin walls / doors / floors make it easy to be disturbed. Gurgling pipes from the bathroom waking you up randomly through the night with the door shut

I could walk there from T2 ... and find my way back to T3 for departure
Housekeeping banging on the door at 10am, noon and then a phobe call at 12.10pm informing me there would be an "extra" 25 Pound charge per hour after midday...(I was told I had a 2pm check out due late departure of my flight and because I have been Hilton Honours for 20 years. I didn't pay the "extra"
