Unexpected Gem in the rice patty field
Pros:

I like the size of the room, the free breakfast, the secluded location, the free bike rental. Overall the price is unmatched with the awesome service from the property personnel.

The location is pretty much outside the hustle and bustle of ancient town yet close to the beach side.

Cons:

I doubted the cleanliness of the floor, bed sheets and coffee cups and saucers. Hope they would maintain it well and at least find time to really remove any hairs on the floor or laundry and replace linens regularly.

Big spacious room and balcony. Staff very friendly. Got a lot of use out of the free bikes and Tina makes a great omelette in the mornings!

Cons:

There were so many mosquitoes in the communal areas which made enjoying them very difficult

Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis! Tolle Dusche mit gutem Druck. Sehr nettes Personal und immer alles sauber. Kleines ausreichendes Frühstück. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Wir haben eine Woche als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder im Alter von 3 und 6 Jahren) in der Lime Villa in Hoi An verbracht und insgesamt eine schöne Zeit gehabt.

Ein echtes Highlight für unsere Kinder war der Pool, insbesondere das kleine separate Becken, in dem sich unser dreijähriges Kind sehr wohlgefühlt hat. Das gesamte Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht hat.

Das Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend. Es gibt eine kleine Auswahl an Gerichten, die alle frisch und lecker waren. Für unseren persönlichen Rhythmus war der Start um 8 Uhr allerdings etwas spät, gerade mit kleinen Kindern.

Die Unterkunft selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Nach den Bildern hatten wir einen etwas moderneren Standard erwartet. Dennoch haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und empfinden das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt als angemessen.

Was wir als positiv hervorheben möchten: Die Lime Villa fühlt sich weniger wie ein klassisches Hotel an, sondern eher wie ein Apartmenthaus. Für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt war das sehr angenehm, da wir flexibel waren, z. B. bei der Nutzung der Küche oder beim Wäscheservice.

Cons:

Ein kritischer Punkt, der unseren Gesamteindruck leider deutlich getrübt hat: Nach unserer Abreise und bereits erfolgter Bezahlung wurden wir kontaktiert mit der Forderung, für angeblich beschädigte Bettlaken (Flecken, die nicht mehr zu entfernen seien) eine zusätzliche Gebühr zu zahlen. Diese Forderung entsprach dem Preis, den wir für unseren gesamten Aufenthalt bezahlt haben. Das empfanden wir als nicht nachvollziehbar und sehr unangenehm.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt, der jedoch durch diese Erfahrung einen deutlichen negativen Nachgeschmack bekommen hat.

חדרים יפים ומפנקים, איזור שקט, ארוחת בוקר נחמדה ולא מסתיימת מוקדם מידי.
טינה ממש נחמדה ותעזור לכם בהכל. אחלה תמורה למחיר.

בשהות שלנו היה אתר בניה פעיל מול המלון ככה שהרעש לפעמים קצת הפריע אבל מאד קריטי

J'ai apprécié les chambres elles sont très grandes, nous avons été accueillis par Tina qui était super gentille et accueillante.

Il font l'échange de monnaie directement sur place ce qui est cool ainsi que les locations de scooter à un prix raisonnable !

Cons:

L'hôtel se trouve à environ 10 minutes en scooter de la ville, mais au moins le calme est assuré.

Pros:

Tout était parfait. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une belle salle de bain (douche +baignoire), piscine très agréable. Situé dans un quartier calme. Prêt de vélos possible. Tina à la réception est adorable. On doit prendre un Grab ou un taxi pour aller dans le centre car à pied c'est un peu loin.

Celková vila je krásná, má skvělý bazén a společenské prostory s kulečníkem. Wifi byla vždy rychlá. Líbí se mi, že se vila nachází v klidné čtvrti, takže je to ideální místo k práci či odpočinku. V okolí se nachází pár dobrých restaurací a velký obchod s potravinami. Personál byl vždy milý a ochotný. Rádi bychom se znovu vrátili!

Cons:

Úklid pokojů by si zasloužil trochu větší smysl pro detail jelikož některé části pokoje nebyly úplně čisté, převážně koupelna. Snídaně by mohla být bohatší než jen objednání z menu, při delším pobytu už jsme ani pravidelně na hotelu nesnídali.
