AOC Suites - Heart of Downtown Condo

Location was great. Parking was a definite bonus. Communication was also fab. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing property. Very clean. Bigger than I thought it was going to be. Excellent party of the city, walking distance from almost everything.

The noise in the alley was rough in the mornings beginning around 6am. Made sleeping difficult.

Would absolutely stay there again.

It was very clean and comfortable. Check in seems complicated when you get your text but it's very easy. Supplies soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and some spices along with coffee and tea. Definitely a place I would reserve again. It is only two blocks from CN tower and many other attractions

We had a perfect stay at AOC Suites. The unit was everything we needed. It had a double bed and a single. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and comfortable. The parking was very easy. The detailed instructions provided beforehand, made accessing the keys (from a local 24 hour pizzeria) and parking a breeze. I would stay here again, in a breeze! And I highly recommend it.

Overall Great room, great area steps from Wayne Greatskys and Second City Training Room and Roy Thompson Hall - BUT somw idiot was in the parking assigned to me and had to arrange parking 5 blocks away...RJ

The accommodations were good and the host was very attentive. The instructions were detailed and correct. I will most likely stay here again.

My stay was great and the host was very communicative and thorough with the check in process. The place was clean and just as pictured.

The location of th condo was wonderful but that was the only great thing about it. Not only would the key not work for the parking structure, but it took 25 mins to get someone from security to open it up. While in the condo, the room was dirty with dust everywhere. The heat would not work and we were sleeping in a room all night that was 59 degrees Fahrenheit. The condo also has a alarm in the parking garage that rings every 5 mins when someone enters, this can be heard through the condo. The toilet was also broken and you could hear it leaking all nig HRT. The owner will also fail to inform you of the construction eye sore that is happening right outside their window.

We loved the condo as a whole. The location was fantastic and the concierge and contact person were great. The only issue we saw was the cleanliness of the unite. The microwave handle was not clean it had crud on it. The interior of the miceowave was clean. The other appliances were clean. The pull out bed and carpet could have been cleaner. However, it was not dusty and the bathroom wss clean. We found wet linen and towels in the dryer. The heating unit did not work that well.
However, i would rent the unit again because overall, it was a grwat place yo stay!

Good apartment. Great location. Very good communication with owner.

The property itself was beautiful, and very technologically advanced. Directly in the center of everything in the city. I loved the idea of a key fob that controls both doors and the garage. The designated parking made it easy to always have a spot and the only problem I found was that elevators were very slow. All in all would highly recommend staying at this property and will stay here if I’m in Toronto again.

This property was closed to everything we wanted to see. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and quiet.

The location was easy to get to and had everything we needed and more. I was having trouble locating the spot and someone met us and took us right to the building. Great spot for access to TIFF and just a wonderful part of the city. Very safe and secure. Great views of the city. I would highly recommend.

Great for my one night stay in downtown Toronto.

Pros:
- Location: The close proximity to the CN Tower, restaurants, and nightlife was a huge plus.
- Views: Beautiful views of the city skyscrapers from the terrace and bedroom was impressive.
- Accommodations: The host was accommodating and communicative.

Cons:
Parking - Parking can be daunting, so read the instructions thoroughly beforehand to ask any questions since cellphone/ data service is barely accessible within the parking garage.
Upkeep - The upkeep of the apartment can be improved.

The check in process was a bit complicated, but Aaron explained everything very well so we had no issues. The place is clean and pleasant. A block away from CN tower. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Property was clean and had all we needed to make our stay comfortable. Aaron was also very prompt in answering any questions we may have. His video clips and pictures on how to pick up keys / park vehicles were excellent. Property as shown on the internet. Very pleased with property and owner. A great area for sightseeing and visiting attraction.

Location and responsiveness , directions and communication

Overall not a bad place to stay, but if you’re looking for something more spacious than a regular hotel. The location is not the best, but accessible. The carpark space is a bit tough to access.
