Not at all what it looks like in the pictures.
The sheets were dirty. The elevator was broken, so I had to walk down four flights of stairs to get clean sheets, and then I had to change the sheets myself.
Nothing.
Upon entering the building, it stunk. We stood and waited to be checked in. My husband ended up having to call to get the lady to acknowledge the front desk phone ringing. Once she finally got us checked in we went to our room. The elevator seemed very shaky and honestly thought at any moment it was going to stop working. When entering we noticed the floor extremely dirty, unsure if they ever sweep or mop. The blinds broken and no way to shut them. Food stuck in the air conditioning unit. The chair completely ripped up. The bed. Omg! Pulled the cover down to find the sheet covered in hair, blood on the sheet in several spots. Immediately grabbed our belongings and decided to leave. We stopped at the front desk to check out and inform the employee of how gross that room was but once again, she wasn’t to be found. According to the signs for employees you can see from the front desk, Quan isn’t running a good building. I highly suggest not stopping at this place, keep driving and remember you get what you pay for. That room was 86 after tax. Few miles down the road was a very nice and clean Holiday Inn & Express.

The convenience of stores and distance to BK fields
The fact that the room I reserved wasn't available when I arrived.
The manager who answered the door for me after midnight was wretched. I booked through Booking.com the day prior and when I arrived the manager said they had no rooms. This was clearly not her fault, but she was nasty about. Then she told me to wait in the lobby until after my check in time and then said the computer told her I was considered a "no show". I asked for evidence of the no show or a receipt showing they had no rooms. She said there was no evidence. I asked how the computer told her I was a no show if there was no evidence and I wasnt on the system. Another guest was entering the building and his key wasnt working and he told me I was "better not staying there anyway". Top 3 worst hotel/check in experiences of my life.
The manager could have been more professional. Booking.com could be more accurate and less stupid.
Location
Cleanliness and the fact that I had to bring my own used towels down in order to get fresh ones room didn’t get any cleaning the whole stay by staff
How close it was to everything we wanted to go to
It was dirty. The room was piece together. The faucet was wobbly. The tub was plugged. The place was dirty. It was rundown and beat up. The bathroom door rubs on the floor wouldn’t open all the way up without having to really force it open and everything was super sticky and dirty.
The memory foam mattress
It took forever to get room key.
Mala antencion
La persona que atiende no es amable
The staff were pleasant, the rooms have useful features like a kitchenette with a full fridge, microwave and cooktop. The location is also convenient with grocery stores, restaurants and bus routes within walking distance.
There were some concerning issues during my stay including an unexpected charge at check-in that wasn't clearly explained, the room not being properly cleaned before arrival and basic items like towels missing at check-in. I also noticed a security issue with a broken door latch.
There's limited front desk availability and less predictability than you'd expect with a hotel.
It was cheap.
Close to my tourist attractions
Hearing the staff use the F bomb. And be ugly to customer in front of other costumers.
I light hanging from the ceiling not secure.
My bathroom door doesn't even close all the way for some reason.
