En general, ha la estancia ha sido aceptable-buena
Pros:

Lo mejor de todo la ubicación, estar en medio del centro turístico de Utrecht y tener la estación de tren justo al lado. También tiene su punto, estar dentro del centro comercial.

Cons:

De la habitación destacaría la cama que es cómoda. Pero, en general esperaba una habitación un poco más grande. Tiene poco sitio para dejar las cosas, en el WC no hay un simple repisa, tienes que dejarlo todo en el espacio alrededor de la pica. Y lo peor, que el armario no tenga puertas, no he ha gustado que todo quede a la vista.
El desayuno podría mejorar, ya que siempre hay lo mismo sin ninguna variación.

Overall a good stay, but some small tweaks could've made it even better!
Pros:

Hotel room was incredibly clean, staff were friendly, and the breakfast provided a good variety of food to mix things up! The location was amazing as well, nice shopping centre to browse around, which meant only a short walk to the station and city centre.

Cons:

Bed was rather firm, which while I didn't expect a perfectly soft bed, something a bit more plush would've been nice. Me being picky, I personally prefer actual milk for my tea, but the lack of a fridge didn't make this possible. Even then, the creamer was never properly restocked in my room, and on the occasion I went for some myself, there were only two to provide.

Overall bad experience because of lack of cleanness.
Cons:

Despite there being no food scraps in my room, there were ants everywhere in the room every day during my 5-night stay, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Furthermore, the bed sheets weren't changed even once during my 5 days there; the housekeeper only straightened the beds, and I was forced to sleep with stained sheets for the rest of my stay.
