Tout était parfait : la chambre bien équipée avec une bonne literie . Bien situé. Un excellent petit déjeuner 😋. Un personnel très accueillant.

Cons:

Difficile de trouver l’entrée de l’hôtel à l’intérieur du centre commercial. Mieux préciser dans la description.

Hotel ok, servizio reception pessimo

La posizione della struttura è molto comoda e la colazione più che dignitosa

Le stanze sono eccezionalmente piccole, ma questo potrebbe ancora andare il vero problema è stato il personale alla reception. Ero in viaggio di lavoro, condividevo la stanza con una collega. Per assicurarci che la fattura riportasse i giusti riferimenti e che ottenerli fosse agevole abbiamo optato per l'opzione "paga in struttura". All'arrivo ci è stato richiesto il pagamento immediato dell'intero importo, ma non ci è stata fornita la fattura. In questa occasione, stranite, abbiamo sottolineato l'importnaza del fatto che la fattura riportasse entrambe i nomi delle persone alloggiate. Forse con eccessivo zelo, dal momento che il check in è stato fatto a due persone, con due carte d'identità e con due pagamenti, insomma richiedere i due nomi sulla fattura ci sembrava implicito. Al check in ci è stato assicurato che non così sarebbe stato problema. Al check out sorprendentemente invece abbiamo incontrato un inserviente che ci ha categoricamente VIETATO di aggiungere un nome alla fattura. Ripeto di una stanza che era stata regolarmente registrata, occupata e pagata da due persone, quelle due persone. Già il disagio era significativo, in viaggio di lavoro si và alla catena Hilton anche e soprattutto perché si ci aspett di avere un certo tipo di servizio e supporto, preparato a questo genere di NORMALISSIME richieste. Inoltre la persona davanti a noi ha avuto un atteggiamento oppositivo e assolutamente non orientato alla soluzione del problema. Sconsiglio a chiunque abbia bisogno di una qualunque cosa che vada al di là del SUPER STANDARD di scegliere questa struttura (non menziono nemmeno che ad altre colleghe hanno sbagliato i conteggi del pagamento).
Trovo che ci sia bisogno di una importante revisione del servizio al cliente.

Tolle Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super zentral direkt am Bahnhof gelegen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und via WhatsApp jederzeit erreichbar.
Check-in und Gepäckaufbewahrung verliefen reibungslos.
Das Zimmer 569 war modern, sauber und bot einen seitlichen Flussblick (Fenster leider nicht zu öffnen).
Das Frühstück war gut und völlig ausreichend. Klare Empfehlung!

Tipp: Fahrräder können sicher im Depot direkt gegenüber geparkt werden (24h kostenlos).

Cons:

Der Eingang des Hotels ist schwer zu finden.
