Very good - free upgrade as well
Pros:

Very nice hotel, staff member on the front desk was very chatty and gave me a free upgrade as they were not busy this night. Very nice room, super comfy bed

Cons:

Nothing to say, other then one panel missing in the bathroom, but this was not unsightly

Convenient stay
Pros:

The staff were kind and helpful. The airport transfer was very convenient. The room had a good size and the small fridge is useful.

Cons:

The WiFi wasn’t reliable, quite often disconnected my devices.

Pros:

Great stay. Did not get to enjoy breakfast as I had to get to the airport early, but the stay was very comfortable. Hotel staff provided an early morning ride at a better price than standard taxi. Very friendly and great hospitality from this family owned property.

Spacious room, but may be a little noisy
Pros:

Spacious room. Easy walk to the main tourist sites. A couple of restaurants and a Burger King across the road from the hotel.

Cons:

I booked a 'balcony room' although it overlooks a 4 lane road (and Kosovan drivers do like to use their horn), so can be a little noisy outside. Average (Balkans style) breakfast.
