Nirbana Palace - A Heritage Hotel

Room and pool are nice - breakfast and food quality options could be better. Also the bottled water in room service needs to be improved - they gave rusted cap bottle in room service.

One of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at! The staff were so kind and helpful. The pool area is nice to spend time next to (I didn't swim). The hotel is beautiful. The bar is nice. Easy to grab a tucktuck from the main street nearby or order an Uber, or the desk will order you a car. They also helped us arrange a full day driver to show us around Jaipur one of the days we were there. Bedroom was comfortable and clean. Breakfast is served in a lovely eating area. AND their laundry service was amazing - our clothes came back washed and pressed, looking like new. We LOVED this hotel!

Excellent place to stay

Attractive hotel. Off the busy streets. No 24 hr business room, unlike as stated on Hotels.com and their in-room hotel information.
Staff tried to charge cash only for two coffees an hour before inclusive breakfast opened.

A modern version of a classic style hotel. Good facilities, the restaurant was good for breakfast and dinner. A bit noisy in ways, but this is a city centre hotel in India, so get used to it.

I enjoyed the architecture of this hotel as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and friendly service of the staff members. My only critique was the swimming pool water was green. The whole place is like a royal palace and I would for sure stay here again if I ever go back to Jaipur.

Overall good hotel and would return. Staff are friendly and the restaurant was fine.

However, main areas that would turn this from 4 to 5 star review are:

1. Bedsheets were low quality and tatty.
2. In room towels were not fully clean and had someone else's nail varnish on when we arrived.
3. We would sit by the swimming pool trying to relax and we would have presumably third-party people trying to sell us stuff excursions and souvenir ornaments and wouldn't leave us alone easily. You don't expect to be hawked in your own hotel...

Outside of that, all good.

Hotel is really nice, rooms were clean and comfortable, service was great. My only issue is the constant noise coming from the streets and common areas of the hotel, it's a shame since it can ruin an otherwise perfect stay.

Heritage hotel with onsite restaurant. Rooms are clean but small and basics. Strange door lock system. We experienced several issues upon checking in which staff had trouble addressing due to lack of training and poor English skills. Staff not exactly helpful for assistance on transport and city experiences. Overall it is a basic budget no frills hotel with some character in a convenient location. Not the best option for western travellers for reasons above.

Not worth for the price. Outside and decoration are very good but room is below average. Rooms are not sound proof and our room is next to bar so could hear loud music till late night. Only 2 plug points to charge so we end up taking turns to charge devices. Bed is very basic and not comfortable

Very nice time spent at the Nirbana Heritage Hotel.

Amazing place, very romantic and beautiful decor. Quirky rooms in the best possible way.

quieter than most hotels, as it's set off from the main street.. great breakfast. nice pool... loved it!

何を言っても「後で、後で」と言って、いつまでも対応してくれず結局最後まで対応してくれず終まいな事がいくつもありました。
お湯が出ません。
ドライヤーがない。
部屋によるみたいですが、私の宿泊した部屋はコンセントの差し込み口が洗面所しかありませんでした。
近所の騒音がうるさい。
隣の部屋や廊下の音が丸聞こえでした。
