Pros:

Location and Farsi speaking skill of staff were realy good.

Cons:

Not clean. No kettel inside the rooms. Cold weather with no option for changing the heating level. Poor breakfast options. In addition they lost their apeal and become stale due to no warming at the morning.

Pros:

Duży pokój, bardzo pomocna i życzliwa obsługa

Cons:

Niesmaczne i mało różnorodne śniadanie, same sery i oliwki, warzywa nie do końca świeże, soki jakby sfermentowane, ciężko było zjeść porządne śniadanie, zero owoców ani nawet kawy nie było, w pokoju w kątach dużo kurzu i plamy na pościeli

Pros:

Staff were friendly

Cons:

I actually didn't stay as soon as I opened my room . I made an excuse and left . Beds haven't changed at all and so dirty. Maybe fair for money but certainly not 3 star . I didn't ask for my money back and just left didn't have time for it .

Wery frendly hotel clean helpfull worker good price they speak english and Persian they can buy you bus and flight ticket l happy stayed in this hotel

Frendly and budget hotel and clean

I happy to choise toprak hotel they help me more then ı need ı hawe flight from diyarbakır to İstanbul then duseldorf and ı didnt found bus they was full hotel menager with personel car take me airport they invite me for dinner they are allways ready for help customer all worker is were frendly breakfast is good they offer allways free tea
