Altogether the hotel is good for the money, but it is more of a 2-star level.
Pros:

The location is in the middle of very crowded area, so the first picture of hotel building could be misleading. The breakfast variety is minimal and basic but acceptable.

Cons:

The room was very small but OK. The bed was comfortable. Cleaning level was mediocre especially the bed sheets and towels were not so clean.

Great Location Surrounded by Buildings
Pros:

Location with the close proximity to city centre.

Cons:

Bad smell coming from the toilet.
The first photo is not correct as it is located in the most crowded area.

Pros:

Location and Farsi speaking skill of staff were realy good.

Cons:

Not clean. No kettel inside the rooms. Cold weather with no option for changing the heating level. Poor breakfast options. In addition they lost their apeal and become stale due to no warming at the morning.

Nie polecam śniadań
Pros:

Duży pokój, bardzo pomocna i życzliwa obsługa

Cons:

Niesmaczne i mało różnorodne śniadanie, same sery i oliwki, warzywa nie do końca świeże, soki jakby sfermentowane, ciężko było zjeść porządne śniadanie, zero owoców ani nawet kawy nie było, w pokoju w kątach dużo kurzu i plamy na pościeli

Pros:

Staff were friendly

Cons:

I actually didn't stay as soon as I opened my room . I made an excuse and left . Beds haven't changed at all and so dirty. Maybe fair for money but certainly not 3 star . I didn't ask for my money back and just left didn't have time for it .
