Nous avons été vraiment satisfaits de notre séjour à l’Hôtel Toprak. Les chambres et les espaces communs étaient propres et bien entretenus, nous étions à l’aise. Le petit-déjeuner était tout à fait suffisant, tout était frais et bon. Le personnel de la réception était très souriant et attentionné, toujours prêt à aider. Leurs conseils sur les endroits à visiter nous ont aussi été utiles. Dans l’ensemble, c’était une belle expérience au vu du rapport qualité-prix

من به دلیل قرار گرفتن این هتل در قلب شهر وان و دسترسی پیاده به همه جا، آن را انتخاب کردم و بسیار راضی هستم. با وجود اینکه در اتاق یک‌تخته اقامت داشتم، اتاق کاملاً دلباز، مرتب و از همه مهم‌تر بسیار تمیز بود؛ دقت آن‌ها در رعایت بهداشت واقعاً جلب توجه می‌کند.

برخورد پرسنل در بدو ورود بسیار محترمانه و سریع بود. از آنجایی که شناخت زیادی از شهر نداشتم، راهنمایی‌های دلسوزانه پرسنل در پاسخ به سوالاتم، کار مرا بسیار آسان کرد. صبحانه هتل نیز کاملاً کافی بود؛ مواد غذایی تازه و تنوع آن واقعاً رضایت‌بخش بود. این هتل را به کسانی که برای سفرهای کاری یا تفریحی به‌دنبال مکانی مرکزی، امن و راحت هستند، قطعاً پیشنهاد می‌کنم.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of this hotel during our trip to Van; the rooms were extremely well-maintained and hygienic. What we appreciated the most was the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. They went above and beyond, acting almost like professional guides for those visiting the city and making our trip much easier with their local recommendations. The breakfast served in the mornings was quite fresh and perfectly sufficient. I can honestly say it’s a great value-for-money hotel; the quality of service you get more than justifies the price. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for both a clean and reliable place to stay
