Pros:

Duży pokój, bardzo pomocna i życzliwa obsługa

Cons:

Niesmaczne i mało różnorodne śniadanie, same sery i oliwki, warzywa nie do końca świeże, soki jakby sfermentowane, ciężko było zjeść porządne śniadanie, zero owoców ani nawet kawy nie było, w pokoju w kątach dużo kurzu i plamy na pościeli

Pros:

Staff were friendly

Cons:

I actually didn't stay as soon as I opened my room . I made an excuse and left . Beds haven't changed at all and so dirty. Maybe fair for money but certainly not 3 star . I didn't ask for my money back and just left didn't have time for it .

Frendly and budget hotel and clean
Pros:

I happy to choise toprak hotel they help me more then ı need ı hawe flight from diyarbakır to İstanbul then duseldorf and ı didnt found bus they was full hotel menager with personel car take me airport they invite me for dinner they are allways ready for help customer all worker is were frendly breakfast is good they offer allways free tea

El servicio ofrecido por el Gerente que nos ayudó a visitar la iglesia armenia en la isla de Akdamar. Y en general la atención recibida en el hotel.

Pros:

The location was excellent and staff really helpful. The owner offered us a day tour in his private car to view the main sites outside of the city. He speaks good English and was able to explain much to us. Because of his connections we were able to board a boat to view Akdamar Island and enter Hosap Castle which has been closed for 10 years. The cost was very reasonable for such an experience. The cost of the hotel was excellent value.

Bu fiyat ortalamasında kaldığım en temiz oteldi.çalışan arkadaşlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü.otopark sıkıntılı bir bölge ama yardımcı oldular sagolsunlar.asansor var.otelde surekli cay var.kahvalti da yeterli duzeydeydi.biz çok.memnun kaldık

Pros:

Young man on reception spoke English and arranged day trip to Hakkari for me as the bus left from a Best Van office not the bus station though I did see an unmarked bus going to Hakkari from there. Buses leave at 09.00 and 12.00 in the morning plus a few other times to Dogubayazit(Mt Ararat) from the small bus station adjacent to the main bus station.

Pros:

They delivered what they advertised.

Cons:

Without air condition I had to open the window for a better circulation. However right next to my room outside the building, there were constructions going on the whole night even past midnight till at least 2 am. There were drilling sounds, hammering and extremely loud noice. It was terrible and that happened for the continuous 2 nights that we were there.
