Comfortable and friendly
Pros:

Friendly and accommodating staff. We visited during low season and had the resort practically to ourselves.

Cons:

The facilities are a bit dated and the shopping outlets in the resort are all closed or abandoned. The beach was also closed for swimming. Maybe it’s different during high season.

Pros:

Pool og strand området var virkelig dejligt. Personalet var utrolig hjælpsomt, vi havde brug for tidlig indtjening hvilket de hjalp med med det samme.

Amazing breakfast and great swimming pool
Pros:

This was our second visit to the Pearl Hoi An. The breakfast is amazing and we loved being right on the beach but also have the option of that amazing swimming pool.

Cons:

We had an issue with the lock on our door and were left waiting outside in the heat for a long time with very little communication from the staff. We eventually recieved an apology and some compensation but we had to really push for it. It was a real shame as it did put a dampener on an otherwise lovely stay.

Mixed bag of good and bad
Pros:

Mixed bag really, the inside of the room was modern and clean but the rest of the hotel looked dated. We used this as a base to visit hoi an so really were only sleeping here and the room was clean and comfortable. The resort was really quiet with literally no one at the pool. Pool area looked Noce but the beach was full of rubbish. They had cleared in directly in front of the resort but either side was full. The staff were very warm and welcoming. Inexpensive and only a short ride from hoi an centre

Cons:

The public areas were very dated and railings everywhere were rusted through. Beach was not inviting at all.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, thank for making our stay so relaxing, especially Joy.
The breakfast was great with a lovely pool and reliable shuttle service to Hoi An old town. We would fully recommend The Pearl.

Cons:

The beach area outside the property was ok but the surrounding beach had a lot of washed up rubbish, which is not necessarily the hotels fault

We hebben enorm genoten. We zijn hier 5 nachten geweest en dat was perfect.
Pros:

De service is uitermate goed. Alles is aanwezig en overal is aan gedacht. Het is een schoon en groot hotel, waar alle faciliteiten aanwezig zijn. Nergens wordt tekort aan gedaan. De kamers zijn perfect. Het ontbijt is divers en erg lekker. Er is een heerlijk zwembad, maar ook de optie om aan het strand te liggen is top. Kortom een super hotel!

Pros:

Nydelig deilig varmt basseng rett ved sjøen. Lett å få solsenger. Og skygge/sol. Også solsenger på stranden. Gode senger på rommet og god variert frokost. Lett å ta bil til Hoi Ann gamlebyen. Og de hadde en liten minimart på hotellet. Vakkert resort. Perfekt både for par og barnefamilier.

Cons:

Det var ikke private balkonger på romtypen vi hadde valgt. De var store men det var ikke noe ordentlig skille mellom "uteplassen".

Świetne położenia nad samym morzem , by móc wyciszyć się od zgiełku miasta,

Stunning hotel and clean! Staff were always around and helpful! The pool was amazing even though we did not hav le the best weather! The free shuttle into Hoi An old town were so handy and easy to book!
