Sehr entspannendes ruhiges Hotel am Strand
Pros:

Hatte das Glück ein Zimmer Upgrade zu bekommen.
Das Zimmer war sehr groß mit schönem Balkon.
Komfortables King-Size Bett. Sehr sauber.
Äußerst freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Strand, Pool, Gym u Restaurant, sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt vorhanden.
Sehr ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Aber mit der Nähe zum Meer lässt sich die Abnutzung auch nicht ganz vermeiden.

Great family stay
Pros:

Very nice hotel with good facilities, great for a family in the apartments. The pool is great with direct access to the beach from the pool area. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Great laundry service.

Cons:

Not as clean as I would like however this was the case for all hotels in Vietnam we stayed in, found dirty underwear from a previous guest in the bedroom. The daily make up of the room seemed to be making bed and changing towels.
There are lots of shops at the hotel but they are mostly empty units which can give an abandoned feel.

Great value location with super staff.
Pros:

The 3 bedroom apartment was clean and spacious.
The staff everywhere were excellent, especially the spa staff. There was an incident with some lost jewellery and the couldn’t have been more helpful or happy when the items were recovered.
The location to Hoi An and the lovely A Bang beach is great. Easy, cheap grabs to both or a short walk down the beach to An Bang.

Cons:

The beach needs a tidy up around the steps, looked like the debris had been there a while.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with brilliant amenities and extremely fantastic customer service! The hotel itself is huge and offers great amenities like a two story gym, a beautiful pool, scenic views overlooking the beach and much more! It’s like a little town within the resort. We had such a great experience that we extended our stay. Vi, at the front desk, was great during our check in and A was extremely sweet and helpful when we extended our stay. The guys at the beach bar are also incredible! They are hard workers and provide amazing service. While all the guys were great, I need to specially shout out Nho and Tai. Nho remembers me by name and knows exactly what I’m going to order while Tai also knows my exact order and he makes THE BEST coconut coffee! Overall, highly recommend this hotel! We will be staying here again when we visit again.

Pros:

I like the pool and the beach, and everything is convenient in the resort. You have markets in it, and also it is easy to reach Hoi An. The room was nice, and the staff are very helpful.

Pros:

You honestly couldn’t ask for a better spot! The location is perfectly central, and having such a beautiful beach right there was a total dream. Our room was lovely and kept incredibly clean, but the staff were the real stars, they were so helpful with local tips and handled everything from answering our random questions to organizing our transfer without a hitch. They made the whole experience feel seamless and special.

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und soweit auch sauber. Das Hotel ist aber kein 5* Hotel sondern eher ein 3* Hotel.
Die Anlage ist soweit ok, gepflegte Anlage mit großem Pool und Strandabschnitt. Wir durften pro Tag 4 Kleidungsstücke kostenlos zur Reinigung abgegeben, das ist top!

Cons:

4 Kleidungsstücke sind leider beim Waschen abhanden gekommen und konnten nicht mehr wieder gefunden werden.
Essensraum ist riesig, große Menschenmengen und relativ laut das ganze.
Es ist ein 3* Hotel und man merkt dem Hotel dass es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

We had a good stay after we got over the first impression of the hotel
Pros:

Swimming pool are is pretty good and the rooms are quite big. Clean modern bathroom in the room. Breakfast is good too.

Cons:

It’s a bit weird set up as part of the hotel is closed shopping centre and all the shops are closed. Some parts of the hotel needs maintenance too. We were a bit disappointed when we first arrived but after a day we realised what was going on. It’s definitely not 5 star hotel (maybe 3.5 star) but we were comfortable.
