The rooms were comfortable. The beach and pool are was clean and enjoyable.
Our fridge didn’t work. We called. They replaced it with the one across the hall. It also barely worked and was really loud. We didn’t bother asked again. Just figured they might all be old and not that great.

Gia đình mình đã book 2 đêm nghỉ tại đây. Thật sự quá tồi tệ, ko xứng đáng tiêu chuẩn 5 sao một chút nào. Tivi trong phòng không có internet, phòng vệ sinh thì quạt hút mùi không chạy, tụi nhỏ chúng nó đi vệ sinh xong cái mùi nó quẩn cho nửa ngày ko thoát được:(
Góc giường, đặc biệt là tủ quần áo cánh bo nhôm sắc nhọn, gia đình nào mà có trẻ em thì phải để ý vì tụi nhỏ rất dễ bị va vào xước chảy máu…
Cả cái resort nhưng ko có chỗ chơi nào cho trê buổi tối, khu vui chơi ngoài trời k có, khi vui chơi trong nhà thì 6h tối đã đóng cửa, có mỗi 1 phòng có cái bàn bi lắc thì gỉ nghoèn…
Shock nhất là sau bữa ăn tối chán ngán ở resort (mặc dù đã gọi toàn món must try), tối gia đình mình có gọi trà sữa và chè về ngồi ở ngoài ăn thì nhân viên ra bảo đấy là bàn của bar chỉ ai gọi đồ của bar thì mới đc ngồi ở đó (trong khi hôm trc nhà mình có hỏi chính nhân viên của bar khu vui chơi ngoài trời thì bạn ấy chị cho gia đình mình vị trí đó). Mình có yêu cầu quản lý ra giải thích thì quản lý nói quy định của resort là ko đc mang đồ ăn bên ngoài vào. Mình chưa thấy có quy định nào của resort ghi là k đc mang đồ ăn bên ngoài trừ đồ hải sản hay đồ có mùi…
Nói chung là gia đình mình đã có một trái nghiệm quá tệ ở nơi đây.

The pool area and outside area are excellent and beautiful. (The outside area is authentic 5 stars). Also the customer care is great with manager who allowed us to do late checkout considering we had a small kid. Thanks
The mantainance in general and the personnel (bar and restaurant) could be improved as well as the inner common spaces of the hotel (not always very well mantained) and the empty shops . Overall it feels like a 4 stars hotel and it is a pity considering the great potential. Terrace of rooms are old-looking and not very well mantained as well.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. We stayed at a villa and it was massive and beautifully set up.
The location is great as you get access to the beach and the Hoi An old town. Their rooms are spacious and modern. They have a great pool, and great food. The buffet breakfast is one of the best we’ve had. Their spa services are a great value.
Skip the pool bar. Get food from the Hamburger / Coffee house instead. It’s at the base level between the escalator from the lobby and the stairs to the pool. They have better food and drinks for better prices.

L’insonorisation , on entendait tout tout le temps c’était insupportable. Des que quelqu’un passait dans les douleurs on entendait tout jusqu’au bruit des claquettes
We liked the location of the hotel, the staff was very kind and helpful, the room was nice, the bed comfy, it was very clean and kids friendly (playground, activities, indoor playroom). We have a 5yo boy. The buffet breakfast was yummy. Overall, we were very happy with our choice. We stayed 5 nights.
We were generally pleased with everything. Personally, I'd prefer a wider choice of restaurants (many places were abandoned in the resort) and more pressure of water in the shower. The beach could be kept tidier.

The staff were so very kind and went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. On the last day we were so sad to say goodbye! The hotel facilities are wonderful - the pool with its water slide is especially fantastic for kids and there are plenty of activities to keep them busy. We are so glad we stayed here and would definitely choose it again!
We found it a bit inconvenient that even though the hotel is located slightly out of town with no restaurants nearby, food delivery is not allowed. We had room service for a few nights but after a while we needed some extra variety so we ended up having to get a taxi into town for every meal. I wish that they could have a system where you could pay a certain amount each day that gives you a pass for food delivery, only to be eaten in the lounge or poolside area etc.
Also it may be a small thing but the rooms did not have conditioner in the showers so our hair got pretty dry. Other than that, we had the most wonderful stay and would love to come back!
Pool area was nice & 3 transfers a day from hotel to city and back is great!
- Beach area looks like a lost place and not been taken care off - sad bcs it’s really nice and they could do more here.
- Hotel overall looks old and used.
- Breakfast was ok - could be better!
- Staff is friendly but English is not as good.
- Room was clean but you have to tell them on the corridor if you see the housekeeping team to clean your room.
- We booked transfer and all details given on check-in; for whatever reason they called us in the evening late to check again and this was 100% annoying and total no go! We have a baby and she woke up…worst experience ever!
- To sum up = it’s a mass tourism hotel, nothing else and you can feel that 100%!
