Beautiful beach, lovely for walking, beautiful beds and pillows
It’s a big complex and quick busy
Czysto w pokoju i w całym ośrodku, bogate śniadania, przepiękny widok z balkonu.
Very comfortable beds and lovely staff
Much of the facility/shops etc were closed which made it feel quite empty
Rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good. The hotel offer shuttle bus to Hoi An old town three times a day (however very limited seating).
Very torn down and not at all like the pictures. Before corona there was a huge shopping street under det hotel with shops, 7/11 and restaurants. Everything is closed and it all looks like a ghost town. Also the buildings are looking dirty and not very well kept. The beach was filled with trash which was a same compared to some of the hotels next doors, who cleaned the beach in front of them. Also, the took down a big part of the playground the day we arrived
Good location. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms were spacious and very clean.
Cafe prices were more expensive than other hotels we had stayed at in the region.
Breakfast had a wide selection of choices, but the hot selection was too cold to eat. Check out took a long time, not enough staff for the volume of people.
Great location and free shuttle to old town Hoi an. Short walk to an bang a great little town
Hard to fault. Particular about changing forex but more to do with bank regulations than property.
The pool was the only redeeming feature.
The staff were not always helpful and the food menu needs to have more local food options. The only food around the pool seemed to be Italian choices.
Because there’s not many places to go near by to eat, the hotel really needs to open more bars and restaurants. Saying they’re closed all because of COVID is a bit outdated now.
Location - lovely on the beach. Breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly. I had one wonderful massage treatment that was truly exceptional!
The restaurant service was quite poor. We dined at the only restaurant they had open twice for dinner - the service was incredibly slow even though there were hardly any other people there. Even things that didn’t require preparation such as wine and water were very slow. For a 5 star resort I’d expect staff to speak better English also, they didn’t understand a few of our requests. It seems this resort perhaps was hit quite hard by Covid and struggled to recover. Many on-site shops and bars were closed. The ad said the pool bar would be open until 10 or 11pm but by 8pm it was closed. There was no entertainment or much to do at all there. Also I am pretty sure that in the spa they did not use clean towels after each treatment - I watched them refold the towels they had used and put them back on the beds so this was quite disturbing! Definitely some improvements to be made.
Beautiful property, wonderful room, fantastic staff, outstanding breakfast
The hotel was exceptionally clean and the beds and bedding were very comfortable great location and variety of breakfast was really good beach location with a large pool area over all fabulous
The bed is good
The hotel is old and breakfast is not as expected. Poor quality.
Close to beach. Nice pool. On site shop, friendly staff. Shott taxi ride to center.
Little outdated. A lot of closed restraints onside resort.
SPA e Piscina top.
The pool area
Lack of atmosphere
Noise from other rooms we complained
