Many parts of the resort were closed and looked like they had been abandoned for a long time - empty shops/cafes ect.

Luxury feel at a great price!
Pros:

We loved our stay here! We chose a resort because we were coming from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, and it was the best decision we could have made. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and everything felt so peaceful.

The pool was beautiful and spacious, right by the beach, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helping with our bags on arrival, showing us to our room, and assisting us with a late check-out at reception. Thanks An Tamg Trang and team!

The buffet breakfast each morning was delicious with a great selection, and we especially loved the omelettes from the “egg lady”!

The photos online really don’t do this place justice. Our room and the view were both brilliant, and for the price, the stay was outstanding value.

We truly hope to be back!

Cons:

The one thing is the “spa package” is slightly misleading, it only includes sauna once a day.

Sadly the stay was not comfortable, didn’t feel comfortable staying in the room. Our friends had the same experience in

Only the pool area and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The rooms, it was small, old, with intense mouldy smell throughout and even when the air conditioning was on. The overall resort is run down with half the resort areas/shops empty.

Hotel is old and dated, staff were unfriendly and slow to respond to requests (when they did respond) location was about 15 mins into town, the mall had only 2 stores open, Hoi an shuttle was limited.
