We would definitely go back - pool area great for kids and everything works in a great location

The breakfast is average but still good value - so of the property probably needs abit of a refresh as it’s looking abit tired for a 5 star hotel but that’s what keeps the price down I suppose

Good short stay at the beach
Pros:

Enjoyed our stay at the Pearl for our honeymoon. Upon arrival we were kindly upgraded to a bigger balcony room, with some nice treats left on the bed for us. That was touching.

The reception staff were helpful with checking in & out. They even helped find an external laundry service for us. Unfortunately the in house laundry is just too expensive.

We found having a shop on site was very helpful, although I was confused why some things were more expensive on the first floor in comparison to the bottom floor shop.

Huge pool facilities with enough beds and near a bar which has happy hour and bbq options for food. These were all within a few steps of the beach if you wished to have a change of scenery.

Only downside I would say were the food options for myself as I have Ceoliac disease. The kitchen staff weren’t too sure what I could eat, and the food weren’t clearly labelled.

Overall, a nice stay at the pearl. Personally I would say it’s perfect for families with young children, rather a relaxing couples stay.

Чистые и уютные номера, большой бассейн, частный пляж, игровая комната для детей, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Большая территория отеля, лежаков и места в бассейне хватает на всех!

Disappointing
Pros:

Staff was nice. It had a great big privet beach but not well
Kept . Not very clean and no subbed and umbrellas . The room was huge and clean. Nice towels and sheets comfortable beds

It’s hugggeeeee and ill maintained . Run down. Not 5 star at all . Bad restaurant . Pool is ok but needs refreshing . Rust everywhere in the hotels . It was built to be huge and they can’t keep

Hotel am traumhaftem Strand
Pros:

Schön angelegte Anlage mit großen Pool direkt am Strand. Das Frühstück war super. Leider gleicht der Essenssaal einer Bahnhofshalle, sodass man das leckere Essen nicht so genießen konnte. In direkter Umgebung vom Hotel ist nichts. Aber man kann innerhalb von 10 min zum An Bang Beach laufen, wo man essen gehen, Geld abheben und shoppen kann. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt an der ein oder anderen Stelle mal eine Renovierung. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.

Not a nice experience with the staff’s professionalism. The facility is OK-ish.

It is spacious and has a lot of potental.

Cons:

However it is not well maintained, probably due to understaffs. The room we was in had a lot of chewing gum leftovers on the floor. We kept stepping on them and we were so afraid our little one would pick it and put it in his mouth. After asking the cleaning staffs to remove those residual, we still had to do it by ourselves as they didn’t do a thourough job. On top of that, the bed sheet wasn’t clean on the day we checked in (there was a stain that was clearly from previous guests). The most disappointed thing was that there was a problem with withdrawing the money from my credit card even though I brought my physical card with me. They had a ridiculous policy that having my card with me was not enough to prove it was my card (never experienced that from any other properties since I used my card 10 years ago). At the end, they insisted to take a picture of my credit card and assure me that their action would not compromise anything. Of course, I had to block and destroy my card due to their action which had compromised my card. Very bad experience about their receptionist’s professionalism!! By the time we left, someone helped to carry our luggage and broke one of their handles. My parents tried not to make a big deal so we had to take it home with the hope that we could find someone to fix it in Danang. Aparently, it wasn’t fixable as after breaking it, they opened and tried to “fix” themselves which made it permanently unfixable. At the end, we had to carry that luggage back to Belgium and prayed that it didn’t break through all the hassle of the transportation.

Die Anlage war sehr schön und gepflegt.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war viel zu groß und dementsprechend sehr laut.
Leider waren die Speisen auch immer kalt.
Es waren auch zu wenig Auflagen für die Liegen am Strand da.
