This was easily one of the best stays of our holiday, and I honestly could not find much to fault. The resort is very spacious, exceptionally clean, and beautifully maintained. The food was absolutely delicious, with an incredible choice of everything from coffee, juices, hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit, and desserts. There was something to satisfy every taste and dietary requirement. The pool was excellent, although perhaps a little too shallow for serious swimming. The beach was clean, well maintained, and had a lifeguard until sunset every day. There were also activities for children around the pool for a small additional fee. Room service was excellent, with very clean rooms and fresh towels, while the public toilets were spotless and cleaned regularly throughout the day. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the resort offered several shops and restaurants, with plenty more local restaurants and markets within walking distance. Hoi An Old Town is also only around a 15-minute taxi ride away.

A special mention and huge credit must go to the CEO, Louis, who went above and beyond to resolve an issue caused by misleading information from Booking.com regarding our room and bed arrangements, but Louis personally helped us and upgraded us to a spacious apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen annex. This made such a difference to our stay and was truly appreciated. We had the most relaxing six-night stay of our holiday, and the beds were so comfortable that we genuinely did not want to get up! Every aspect of the resort exceeded our expectations, and it was worth every penny. A real pearl in Hoi An that we would strongly recommend without hesitation.

We were upgraded to a larger 3 bed apartment when our 2 bed apartment was unsuitable. We were given a room overlooking the beach with superb views. Breakfast had great variety. Cafes and mini marts in hotel complex were surprisingly good. Kids playroom was great for our 2 and 5 year old. Attendant was lovely. Pool complex was wonderful. Beach had netted safe area and life guard.

Dobry hotel z dużą infrastrukturą i przyjemnym otoczeniem (duży basen), jednak jest bardzo duży i niestety dość głośny – szczególnie słychać wszystko, co dzieje się na korytarzu, co może przeszkadzać w spokojnym wypoczynku. Śniadanie urozmaicone.

Das Hotel war sauber und der Service war sehr gut. Die Poolanlage ist natürlich das absolute Highlight des Hotels und der direkte Strandzugang. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und ok. Wir würden es wahrscheinlich wieder buchen, da wir auch bemerkt haben das einige Dinge verbessert wurden, welche wir als negativ Punkte in Kommentaren gelesen hatten und wir grundsätzlich den Aufenthalt genossen haben.

Alle waren sehr freundlich und nett! Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand - sprich, perfekt für Entspannung!
