The property stated it had bed accommodations to sleep 4 people. A king bed and futon couch. My other guest took the bed and I took the futon. It was awful I was in pain all night the first night my back aching by morning and the second night I slept on my side near the edge which wasn’t good but better then the first night . I called to ask for
Another night as we already paid for the 2 and wanted a free extra night for the inconvenience I should have asked for full refund and left but was going to be staying in town another night and since the accommodations were poor but still tolerable I asked for a free night then told I was a liar and no ! Extremely poor management it is incredibly clear I told him to sleep on it himself a night and to tell me I’m lying just seeking a free night but realistically it ruined our stay in a town I had wanted to see my entire life my back is still sore so glad we didn’t stay another night and stayed somewhere else which we paid for no problem the problem was the lack of concern over a real problem
The cabin does not sleep 4 do not sleep 4 . Mindful it’s a dirty futon that literally feels worse then sleeping on concrete.
