The room was fine and clean. but hospitality needs to be improved . At first I have to wait at the lobby for such a long time for checkin that spoiled my mood. Well the food was good but the water was quite overrated.

Hotel is really close to the Chennai VAC centre for the biometric. The staff are really nice offers welcome drink at checkin and gave a tour to the room. Tow restaurants are available but mainly North Indian foods. Overall experience was really good

Room was outdated. Was rusty and bathroom tile edges were dirty/stained

Rooms are good and staffs are very supportive .Best location for the people going for US visa Biometric and its very near .

Pros:
1.) Located near US VISA consulate and Chennai VAC Biometric easily for access to people related to VISA process.
2.) Well maintained hotel with 24/7 services available.
3.) Late check out option is available ( till 4pm & 6 pm they allow late checkout with additional fare included )
4.) Highly recommended for Family.

Cons:
1.) Too costly compared to the size of the room.
2.) Complimentary breakfast is available ( Ok only )
3.) They wont allow food from outside, even if it is for children below 3 years they will argue saying outside food not allowed, you should order only within our restaurant. ( Cost of food inside premises is too costly - not that great also )
4.) Valet parking available but they park the car outside the premises ( outdoor ) in chennai valluvar kottam main road.

The place is well maintained and easy to access. I have stayed here over the weekend and into Monday. There was quite a bit of loud music on Sunday night (till midnight)
I felt uncomfortable and didn’t find a way around.

The outlet has a restaurant but only a few other options in the area.

The front staff was responsive both online and in person. I found it helpful to communicate my arrival time and travel plan before hand as they had made the arrangements to receive me appropriately.

I stayed with my family on 4th february 2025. We took 4 rooms. My special Thanks to Mr. Nelson for accomodating to our special request and we truly enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with Good set up and the ambiance was great. We truly reccomend and prefer to stay on our next trip.

Prime location

Moses upgraded my room to suite and it was great to stay there . Staff is very helpful and coooperative .

First things first

1. Rooms are neat and clean, spick & span with white linen and a nice bathroom.
2. Housekeeping does a good job, and on request they clean rooms daily.
3. They replenish toiletries daily, which is a very good thing. But no change of linen.
4. Has two restaurants one on the ground floor and one on the terrace.
5. Rooms are literally very small; it can hardly accommodate two adults.
6. Unfortunately, we were three adults, and they put additional bed at a cost.
7. This prevented all our movements within the room. If you are claustrophobic pls avoid this place.

The worst part is it has "NO" private parking at all. This is disgusting and none of the reviews highlight this issue clearly. So, I am giving 1-star so that people do read and understanding their choices.

I had to park my brand-new luxury car literally on the streets of Chennai leaving it to bear the heat and dust of Chennai. They provided valet parking though, but that didn't help me much as the valet drivers royally spoiled my car for 5 long days.

I stayed here between 23 to 25 December with my wife and son. Booked two rooms; one with single and one with double occupancy. Excellent Location. Walking distance from US VAC. Very courteous and cooperative staff. Awesome rooftop restaurant. Good breakfast, but same items were repeated next day. The only issue I found here was they are charging same amount for single as well as double occupancy (especially when breakfast is also included in the tariff). The hotel management should give a thought to this.

We had birthday function of my son Sushaanth @ La cabana we had wonderful experience. My guest are very happy. Food taste was wonderful. Worth for pricing and service did by vasuki. Very good service did we all thanking to her. Thank you for Mr. Brain. Full and full arrangement. Thanks for a management having such a wonderful staff.

Had an excellent stay. The room was very comfortable. The queen sized bed with 10” mattress was very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Would love to stay again

we reached the hotel at 10 30 after late night flight was too sleepy. as soon we went to the reception the receptionist was prompt in telling us that check in is at 1 so i requested him for early check in he said pls sit then after 30 mins went back to him requested again he said the whole hotel is booked and nobody has checked out. then i requested again by this time i was hungry though of having al carte at tepin chilli to my surprise they told me restaurant is closed and then i pleaded give me something they said only burgers are there to eat. imagine in chennai thr is no idli or wada or even dosa imagine they don’t care for business at the restaurant. they the owners might knw or not no idea but people who are waiting to check in there is no food. means loss of business. please guys please don’t waste ur time here go to some other hotel where they are humans and don’t make thr guests wait. and the. place is not great its mediocre there are many other better hotels at same cost

Very nice hotel to stay. Food is very good. Exhausting spread of breakfast. Centrally located and very near to US consulate. Service staff expecting tips is really annoying. We don't feel like like giving the way they pester. But overall experience is good

The room was very dirty with some brown stains over the floor…dirty towels …unhygienic..will never visit or recommend anyone.some insects were biting could hardly sleep. Bed was too small
Smelly linen .It was a horrible experience and very poor customer care

It was awesome experience I like the view from La Cabana Roof Top restaurant . Moreover its a very good place to spent time with family , friends and for couples. Furthermore taste of food was delicious and good quantity. Service given by sathya is nice . But one thing I noticed that they should treat the guest in professional way like offer a glass of water . Another thing is that in Raita hair was their but they are so kind and immediately change so overall nice experience.

Pathetic experience Staff especially the front office staff are absolutely unprofessional they kept my husband's Aadhar card with them we came for 1 day in Chennai for US consulate Interview, and when we were flying back to our hometown we got to know the Aadhar card is with the reception staff only. we requested the person to courier it they promised to courier us. it has been 1 month since we are chasing this hotel staff they are not responding properly disconnecting our calls. we even said we are ready to pay for courier charges the person says they will call us back but he never calls back this is one of the worst hospitality we have ever seen they have kept my Husband's national id card without his permission and now denying to return me back this is a severe crime. we filed a police complaint against this hotel as they don't have the right to keep the original document without the person's consent/permission. guys the staff here is absolutely not professional and not cooperative don't ever try to stay in this hotel we paid 5k just for a few hours it's absolutely not worth the rooms are too small and the bathrooms were absolutely unhygienic.
