Gut und vertraut, aber diesmal mit Verärgerung durch Geräuschbelästigung

Ich kenne das Hotel schon seit mehr als zehn Jahren Kumpeln eigentlich aufgrund der Lage und des freundliche Personals immer zufrieden gewesen

Cons:

Diesmal war es so, dass ich am Abend monierte, dass in dem Zimmer deutliche Motorgeräusche zu hören waren. Es kam dann von der Rezeption nehmen, um das zu überprüfen. Die Augenblick, als er da war, waren keine Geräusche. Der Mitarbeiter war nicht bekannt, dass in dem Zimmer, diese Geräusche auftreten, mitten in der Nacht war es dann wieder so. Ich vermute, dass es sich um irgendeine Lüftung handelt, die nur gelegentlich anstrengend, aber sehr störend ist so auch in der Nacht, woraufhin ich dann wieder bei der Rezeption an, weil ich nicht schlafen konnte. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn die Hotel Direktion bei diesem Zimmer angeben kann, das gelegentliche Geräuschbelästigung auftreten können.
Ich hatte Vorgang aber geärgert, weil ich mich etwas von den Personal auf den Arm genommen fühlte
Ich werde das noch eine Rezeption vor meiner Abfahrt besprechen und dennoch weiter in diesem Hotel buchen

Solides Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage
Pros:

Schönes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage direkt beim Hauptbahnhof.
Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Faire Preise der Minibar - absoluter Top-Service!

Cons:

Zimmer war recht kalt, Heizung musste erstmal aufgedreht werden und dauerte etwas, bis es angenehm warm war.
Leider aber kein Schreibtisch und insgesamt wirkte das Zimmer relativ klein.

Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist immer eine gute Adresse und damit eine sichere Bank zwischen Bahnhof und Stachus (gewesen). Ich hoffe, dass sich mit dem anstehenden Eigentümerwechsel nichts ändert.

Cons:

Es ist alles sehr gut, nur ein Fitnessraum fehlt, den könnten die neuen Eigentümer vielleicht spendieren?!

sehr gute lage, sehr schönes hotel, sehr freundliches personal
Pros:

ich habe das hotel hauptsächlich wegen der lage und der zimmergröße gewählt. das frühstück war reichlich sortiert und sehr gut. das personal war im ganzen hotel sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn man etwas brauchte

Cons:

ich hatte leider eine wand sehr nahe vor dem fenster, was mich aber nur etwas gestört hat da ich mich selten im zimmer aufhielt.

Very happy with this choice of hotel in Munich
Pros:

Great location just outside the main railway station, in a quiet part of town and very close to the Old Town Centre. The room was comfortable and the staff were kind, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The hotel restaurant is only open Monday to Friday, which was a surprise but not a problem.

Nice place to stay in the Heart of Munich.
Pros:

Good property just next to Munich Hauptbahnhof ( Central Train Station ). Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions and shopping area. Well equipped nice proper sized rooms and bathrooms. Smiling and attantive staff. Good breakfast with a vast selection of teas.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.
