Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und das Personal war nett und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer nicht geheizt als wir gekommen sind und es war kalt dort.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık.
Pros:

Otel temiz ve kaliteli idi, bu anlamda beklentilerimi fazlası ile karşıladı.

Cons:

Lokasyon itibarı ile hareketli ve tramvay hatlarının yoğun geçiş güzergahında olduğundan gece boyunca dışardan ciddi ses aldı odamız. Trafiğe açık cadde tarafı odaları bu anlamda ciddi gürültü alıyor ve ses yalıtımları uyku konforu açısından çok zayıf.

Clean and staff nice

Cons:

Room extremly noisy, zero sound proofing; you can not sleep as the trams go all night; it is like sleeping on the street.
When I asked to change the room I was charged for "upgrade" although the new room was smaller, but it was quiet there, so "quiet" was the upgrade.
This is unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel where you expect at least some minimal comfort
