We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly wish we could have stayed longer!
The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, with everything you could possibly need just a short walk away. There are plenty of scooter rental shops, laundry services, local stores, bakeries, pastry shops, and lovely cafés nearby, which made exploring the area incredibly easy and convenient. Being so centrally located allowed us to fully enjoy the atmosphere of the Old Quarter while still having a comfortable and peaceful place to return to.
What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service. Every single member of staff was fantastic. The receptionists, hotel workers, and especially the manager were all incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everyone was always smiling, happy to chat, and genuinely interested in making sure we were enjoying our stay. Their friendliness created such a lovely atmosphere and made us feel more like guests in a family home rather than just visitors at a hotel.
We originally booked and stayed for three nights, and after our first night we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Premium Suite. This was such a generous gesture and was greatly appreciated. The suite was spacious, modern, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The room had plenty of space to relax, the bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was spotless and well maintained.
The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was always a pleasure returning after a day of sightseeing.
A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. It is the people here who truly make this hotel special. Their kindness, positive attitude, and genuine hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable.

The reception staff were brilliant, efficient, friendly and very helpful. They spoke English very well and communicated wonderfully. The lobby looks gorgeous. The exterior of the building looks very nice and is it is lovely inside aswell. Our room was very comfortable, with beautiful decor and clean. Their bed for us was 10/10!! An extremely comfortable bed which is never a sure bet when travelling around but we were so happy with it!! The breakfast staff were also amazing and accommodating and the breakfast itself was delicious. There is a great variety and eggs and noodle soups were also made to order. The service and attention they pay to their guests at the Acoustic Hotel is exceptional. Thank you for an incredible stay.

The location of the hotel in the Old Quarter was great as it was an easy walking distance to quite a few locations including train street and the night markets on the weekend.
The staff were honestly the highlight of our stay and were so friendly and helpful in every way! They helped us with great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit nearby and also assisted us to find a solution when one of the zips on our bag broke. They always took great care to ensure we were ok and having a good time💜
The room and bathroom was spacious and super clean and the pillows and bed were very comfortable.
The variety at the breakfast buffet was great with a combination of both Vietnamese and continental offerings. I also really appreciated the vegan yoghurt and the delicious vegetarian dishes that were available.
