Fantastic hotel with lovely staff.
Pros:

The peace and quiet and the hotel was so clean. You are only a few minutes away from the major tourist attractions in Hanoi. The hotel staff were so lovely we were given an up grade to an amazing room! We stayed at the Acoustic hotel before heading up to Sapa on the overnight train and the receptionist arranged for a breakfast package to take with us on the train! We had booked a different hotel for when we got back to Hanoi after Sapa but we cancelled that hotel as we liked the Acoustic hotel and the staff so much we wanted to come back there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Pros:

La chambre était très bien et le personnel aux petits soins. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour explorer la vielle ville a pieds. L'hôtel était facile à rejoindre en voiture aussi, pour l'arrivée ou le départ.
Chambre très bien équipée, de quoi ranger les habits, fer a repasser, 2 fauteuils, thé et café avec bouilloire. Le wifi fonctionne bien, la TV est uniquement l'interface Xiaomi ou partage d'écran du téléphone. Le lit est confortable, la climatisation fonctionne bien et est silencieuse.
La salle de bain est bien fournie, il y a une douche et une baignoire ce qui est appréciable. On ne manque pas de serviettes ni de papier toilette, et tout le nécessaire est fourni si besoin.

Cons:

L'insonorisation depuis le couloir pourrait être meilleure, la fenêtre ne laissait passer que peu de bruit de la rue (au 5e étage), mais une plaque métallique sur la route claquait fort à chaque passage de voiture.

Tôi đã có một chuyến nghỉ ngơi tại đây và rất hài lòng .tôi xin chân thành cảm ơn tới tất cả các bạn đang làm việc tại ks này.nếu tôi về vn trong vài tháng tới thì tôi sẽ vẫn chọn ks này !
Zufällig habe ich von eine Freundin empfohlen hier zu buchen aufgrund meine Arbeit Bedingungen in der Nähe ist. Aber wo ich angekommen war.
Alles sehr freundlich gegrüßt.
Die Gepäck wurde abgeholt und in Zimmer gebracht.
Die Service von der Hotel hat mich sogar kostenlos von Flughafen abgeholt.die personal sprechen fließend Englisch.
Die Zimmer war super sauber ich fühle mich hier sehr wohl.
Nach meine Aufenthalt hier kann ich nur empfehlen wenn jemanden Urlaub in Ha Noi machen möchten dann in dieser Hotel buchen.
Sie werden mit Sicherheit zufrieden sein!
