Bardzo przyjemny hotel, super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Niezwykle miłe panie na recepcji, uprzejme i pomocne. Śniadanie - chyba każdy by coś wybrał, bardzo dobrą zupa i sałatki

Kim and Tyler were the star who made my stay amazing!
Pros:

I appreciate the FnB team to always still welcome me, my boyfriend and his friends everyday for a week when we always arrive "almost" late for breakfast. Thank you to the team very much. Tyler also have been very helpful during my arrival made my arrival so welcoming. Kim has my biggest appreciation, she takes really good care of me during my stay and made sure that my 1 week stay perfect. I would love to see her again and chat with her once I come back to Hanoi.

Perfect location with exceptional personal service!
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and comfoyand I love that the bathroom had a full size bath!

Maravilloso!
Pros:

Después de una noche en la Bahía de Ha Long, volvimos junto a mi hija a este maravilloso hotel, que destaca por su personal amable, ubicación, desayuno buffet variado, habitación limpia y espaciosa.
Volvería sin duda alguna en mi próxima visita a la ciudad de Hanoi.

Estancia perfecta en HANOI.

TODO, especialmente la amabilidad y atención del personal, nos ayudaron con mapas de la ciudad a llegar a distintos lugares de nuestro interés. Quiero reconocer el trato amable de Rachel y Fiona que fueron de gran ayuda durante mi estadía.
Desayuno increíble con alternativas para todos los gustos, gran cantidad de distintos platos.
Los espacios limpios, la habitación espaciosa y muy cómoda. Buena ubicación.

Superbe hôtel en plein vieux quartier Hanoi
Pros:

Très bonne situation, chambre quadruplé juste magnifique pour un prix tout à fait correct et personnel d’une gentillesse infinie. Partant pour Sapa à l’issue du séjour, ils nous ont permis de venir prendre une douche en fin de journée avant de prendre le train de nuit, vraiment appréciable !
