Everything was absolutely wonderful. The hotel made our wedding anniversary truly special and memorable. We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful room, and the entire team took excellent care of us.
From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, respectful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The service was exceptional throughout our stay.
In my opinion, this hotel is above the standard we have experienced so far in Vietnam. The location was also very convenient and close to everything.

It was a very successful stay. The room was well-equipped, and the hotel offered plenty of amenities. The professionalism and helpfulness of the entire hotel staff deserve special mention. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. We can truly recommend this hotel.
i like the location and the staff were very friendly and open to feedback
our mini fridge was not working and we asked for it to be changed but even after they changed it, it was still not cold and we could not put in drinks we wanted to chill. also the aircon was in an awkward position so it does not blow at us and made the room a bit stuffy while we slept

We had a wonderful stay at Acoustic Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing - incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive and communicative throughout our stay. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
A very special mention to Luca at the front desk, who was extremely helpful, supportive and accommodating with all of our needs. He was always happy to assist, answer our questions and make sure everything was organised smoothly. His kindness and professionalism really made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel staff also helped organise a day trip to Ha Long Bay, which was truly amazing! Everything was arranged so smoothly, and it was one of the highlights of our time in Vietnam. We really appreciated how the team took the time to help us organise the experience and make sure we had a memorable day.
Overall, we highly recommend Acoustic Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. The location, service and especially the wonderful staff made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Luca, for making us feel so welcomed and looked after. We would happily stay here again! ❤️🇻🇳

We had a wonderful stay at Acoustic Hotel Hanoi, and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.
I travel to several countries every year and have stayed at many hotels around the world, but the staff at Acoustic Hotel Hanoi are by far some of the best I have ever encountered. Their warmth, professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made our stay truly special.
A very special mention to Ms. Chau Anh and Ms. Kim, who were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their smiles and welcoming attitude made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
Thank you to the entire team, especially Chau Anh and Kim, for making our time in Hanoi so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Acoustic Hotel Hanoi to anyone visiting Hanoi! ❤️🇻🇳

What you see in the photos is really what you get. The place was way above my expectations. It is hard to tell what I Iiked if everything as perfect. They treat you as if you are the king.

Maybe the TV could be updated, instead of playing just live TV have it setup with a hotel application, room service on it, better news, sport channels, that were in English.
The hotel was sooo beautiful, the breakfast was amazing the staff even had me a surprise birthday setup in my room.
