Många saker. Väldigt begränsad frukost. jag läste om hotellet innan men då blev jag negativt överraskad.
Allt i hotellet är gammal.byggnaden, golvet, badrummet. Gick till massagen på morgon och blev besviken då fick väldigt dålig massage. Inte alls professionellt. Trots personalen gjorde sitt bästa för att ge en bra upplevelse men själva hotellet i sig var inte alls lockande. Bodde på ett rum på 45 kvm. I bilden ser väldigt bra men i verkligheten 😔

Tudo. Mesmo estando próximo da Train street, não se ouvia barulho no quarto. Os funcionários foram 5 estrelas e o quarto era confortável e espaçoso. O pequeno-almoço era óptimo e tinha muita variedade de fruta e pratos e ainda se podia pedir pratos na hora à cozinha. Recomendo e voltaria totalmente.
Nada a assinalar. Melhoramento só mesmo o chão do chuveiro que era um bocado escorregadio. Mas é apenas uma recomendação, não afecta em nada a avaliação.
Super nettes Personal, Lage super eigentlich alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr sauber. Tolle Skybar. Frühstück war reichlich und lecker.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Mit 2 Koffern konnte man fast nicht mehr laufen und das Zimmer hatte nur einen Schrank der nur mit Bügeln ausgestattet war um etwas aufzuhängen. Safe nicht im Schrank verbaut, hätte man mitnehmen können.

A really lovey stay at this hotel. We arrived early in Hanoi and the hotel staff were very accommodating and welcoming during our early arrival. Upon check-in we all received a room upgrade which was a fantastic way to end our travel in Vietnam. Also a good location close to the Hanoi Old Quarter, French Quarter and train station. The staff at the hotel were fantastic during our entire stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi.

Very nice room, comfy bed.
Nice small boutique hotel. We had a big and nicely decorated room. Good shower and washing amenities. Good noise insulation. Huge and comfortable bed. Overall the hotel was much nicer than some other 4 stars hotels in Hanoi. Highly recommend for a few days stay.
