Pros:

Excellent location: train, restaurants, old quarter, coffees, shops, supermarket, ATM... Safe surrounding. Excellent services. Excellent personnel. People were so nice. Helping us. I do recommand.

Cons:

Laundry too expensive. Better outside. Breakfast limited but ok. Very small gym but existing. Massage a bit expensive and not at all "vietnamese". Better outside.

Pleasant and comfortable stay in Hanoi
Pros:

Very good location, excellent breakfast and nice roof bar. Clean and comfortable bedroom. Perfect the restroom with shower and tub. Communicative staff. Very nice to get back after the city tours.

Pure luxury!
Pros:

We initially stayed for two nights here and it was absolutely fabulous. Spotlessly clean, most comfortable bed, breakfast was the best ever and staff were so helpful. Location was perfect - very easy walk to everywhere we needed to go. Fiona arranged an overnight cruise for us to Lan Ha Bay. When we came back we decided to stay another night and were upgraded to a fabulous suite. Hard to leave, so we decided to stay for a fourth night in total and this time we were upgraded to Royal Suite in Acoustic Premium next door and Wow! is all I can say. We stayed in many hotels in Hanoi and this has been the best by far. Whenever we are back in Hanoi, we will stay nowhere else and will have no hesitation in recommending to my family and friends. Thank you all so very much, particularly to Fiona.

The location is great very close to train street. The rooms are clean and the sky bar has great views.
The staff are fabulous . They arranged a trip to Lan ha bay for us and arranged an extra nights stay when our flights were cancelled. For the price it’s a great little hotel with a laundry and coffee shops near by.

Une équipe formidable
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (deux nuits) dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont confortables, même si la salle de bains n'était pas très grande. La literie est parfaite, et le petit déjeuner au 11e étage était varié et copieux. L'hôtel est situé dans une rue très animée où, comme partout ou presque à Hanoï, de beaux bâtiments en côtoient d'autres délabrés. À cet égard, la vue depuis la chambre ne peut pas être qualifiée de belle mais elle est représentative de cette ville immense et contrastée. Enfin, toute l'équipe est particulièrement attentionnée, souriante et efficace, et même prévenante. Merci à sa direction et à chacun de ses membres.

Wir fühlen uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl.
Pros:

Wir waren schon zweimal in diesem Hotel.
Das Hotel hat Stil, schönes Ambiente, schöne Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück. sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Auch das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen. Wir bekamen auch ein Zimmerupgrade.

Perfect stay
Pros:

I originally stayed at this property years ago when I visited Hanoi for the first time and I returned for a one-night stay during Tet. The location is great and the property was proactive in communicating what limitations were in place due to the holiday before I arrived. Upon arrival, I was offered a free upgrade to a better room. The young woman working at the front desk was very professional and friendly.
