Staff were very helpful and friendly. What I liked most was the breakfast ! It's buffet breakfast plus a few a la carte choices. I ordered the chicken pho every morning and it was certainly home cooked. (unlike another hotel in the area that cooked me an instant noodle pho) We stayed here a few nights and every morning there's some changes in the buffet. So you would not get bored and everything were freshly made. And the location is closed to the centre but on the quiet side. It's so good to escape from the noise and the traffic chaos of the centre .

Highly recommend Acoustic Hotel & Spa! The location is ideal for exploring the Old Quarter and nearby attractions. The breakfast spread is good, but the real highlight is the staff members. Fiona, Hailey, and the rest of the front female team are incredibly friendly and professional.
​I ended up extending my initial 2 days stay for another 2 days because I liked it so much. I was lucky enough to receive a room upgrade both times! A truly warm and welcoming environment in the heart of Hanoi.

Perfectly located, almost anything is in walking distance. It's not noisy during the night.

I had a wonderful stay at Acoustic Hotel & Spa. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around the city, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well prepared for guests. I especially appreciated the warm and thoughtful service from the staff.

One moment that truly stood out was the breakfast service. I had an early morning flight to catch, and the dining room normally opens at 7:00 AM. However, the manager, chị Phượng, was incredibly flexible and accommodating. She kindly arranged and prepared breakfast for me at 5:00 AM so I could still enjoy a meal before leaving. That level of care and attention made a big difference to my travel experience.

I traveled with my mom, and one thing that meant a lot to me was how respectful and caring the staff were toward her. They treated her with genuine kindness and attention. My mom accidentally forgot some clothes at the hotel, and the manager, chị Phượng, immediately asked for our address and sent them to our home the very next day.

Thank you to the team at Acoustic Hotel & Spa for such a pleasant stay. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would happily stay here again. 😊

Very clean, comfortable, nice furnishings, great staff

This has been one of my favorite stays in Vietnam with the most polished hospitality. Immediately when my friends and I walked through the doors, we were kindly greeted with staff who helped us with our bags. The lobby is so cute and the rooms have such a sweet charm. My bed was extremely comfy and I enjoyed the shower pressure in my bathroom. Special thank you to Ms. Fiona for making our stay memorable. I appreciate the white glove care here. Highly reccommend.

The Customer Service and Communication was excellent. Room very comfortable and cleaned promptly early each day. Location is very handy to Train Street and the prison. Breakfast buffet was well appointed and we appreciated being able to order pho and eggs from the menu.

We loved this hotel, stayed 5 nights in total over 2 periods. We came back because it’s the nicest hotel we stayed in during our 4 weeks in Vietnam.
Very clean and comfortable. The staff is so very welcoming and go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating to requests.
The Breakfast buffet is very good.
I made use of the gym and free weights, much appreciated.

Our stay at Acoustic Hotel & Spa in Hanoi was exceptional from the moment we arrived. After a long sleeper bus journey from Sapa, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and care. The team clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in every interaction.

A special mention to Carrie, who was outstanding. She gave us an incredibly warm welcome on arrival and a genuinely kind and memorable goodbye when we left. Together with the staff at the entrance who open the door and greet you every time, this created a feeling of being truly at home rather than just staying in a hotel.

We were greeted with a refreshing cup of tea and a face towel, which was exactly what we needed after traveling. The staff also gave us great local recommendations for banh mi and other food spots, making us feel at home immediately. They personally walked us to our room and, as we were on our honeymoon, surprised us with beautiful flower petals on the bed. A thoughtful touch that didn’t go unnoticed.

What stood out most was their willingness to go the extra mile. On our last day, we were a few thousand dong short for our taxi, and the reception team helped us out without hesitation. That level of kindness is rare.

The hotel itself is just as good as the service. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, the breakfast is excellent, and the overall atmosphere is cozy and welcoming.

If you’re staying in Hanoi, this is an easy recommendation. The combination of genuine hospitality and quality makes it a place worth returning to.
