Aangenaam verrassend genoegen!
Pros:

Mooie locatie, rustig gelegen, heel vriendelijk personeel. En heel mooi ingericht hotel. Het restaurant is voortreffelijk! Er was zelfs live muziek !

Pros:

Alles was tip top in orde. Prachtige ligging en zicht op de rivier. Super vriendelijk personeel. Heel mooi zwembad boven en een sauna met prachtig uitzicht!

Cons:

Niets, alles was heel heel goed. Geen moeite was te veel.

Leider enttäuschend für angebliche 5 Sterne.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön , gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber! Restaurantterrasse und Blick auf die Mosel gut.

Cons:

Kein Pool, Service beim Abendessen eine Katastrophe. Zwar teilweise freundlich, aber unaufmerksam und komplett überfordert.

Uns hat es super gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Fährhaus hat eine sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die moderne und dennoch entspannte Einrichtung. Noch aufgefallen ist uns, dass das Personal extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend ist. Das Frühstück empfand wir als sehr gut. Preisleistung ist absolut top.

Cons:

Das einzige was wir etwas schade fanden, ist, dass man Fahrräder dort nur für einen ganzen Tag mieten kann. Wir kamen natürlich erst nachmittags an und blieben für eine Nacht. Das hätte sich weder an dem einen noch an dem anderen Tag gelohnt. Halbtagspreise waren nicht im Angebot. Ich finde, da könnte man den Gästen etwas mehr entgegenkommen.

Cons:

À la base, j’ai choisi cet hôtel principalement pour la piscine. Finalement, l’eau était gelée et la piscine ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Franchement, cela aurait été bien de le préciser sur la plateforme avant la réservation.

J’ai payé plus cher uniquement pour cet équipement, alors que j’aurais pu prendre un hôtel sans piscine pour moins cher. C’est dommage, car sans ça, je n’aurais probablement pas choisi cet hôtel.
