Way too warm room, cleaning service not acceptable, terrace full of bees

Cons:

Bees at the terrace, way too warm room with airco that could NOT be set under 20 degrees!, room cleaning service knocking the door way too many times in the morning before 11am, really not acceptable in a 5 star hotel!!! Super annoying!

Voor ons ligt het horen te ver van bezigheden/stad

Het personeel was meer dan top

Cons:

Airco op kamer werkte niet naar behoren, na klacht werd er niks aan gedaan.
Wij zaten nog geen 2 uur over de grens maar er is geen 1ne Nederlandse tv zender.
Uitzicht vanaf de dure kamer viel echt tegen
Wij vonden veel haren op de kamer en badkamer

Cons:

Airco was niet krachtig genoeg. Kon ‘s nachts de warmte niet weghalen. Ook in het restaurant was het (veel) te warm. Sauna en zwembad was apart waardoor er geen goede mogelijkheid was voor afkoelen. Sauna had ook geen buitenruimte.

Tolles Hotel!
Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt am Fluss. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Grösse, sind schallisoliert und sind top ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem, alles in Ordnung. Leider war es während unseres Aufenthaltes extrem heiss (über 30 Grad) und dementsprechend hatte die Klimaanlage im Zimmer grosse Mühe den Raum einigermassen zu kühlen.

Fijn personeel, prima kamer
Pros:

Het hotel en de kamer zagen er mooi uit, het eten was met een prima. Het zwembad en de sauna waren uitstekend, overall een prima ervaring. er waren wat problemen met de airco, naar dat hebben ze op een keurige manier opgelost. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk.

De klimatcontrol deed niet helemaal wat hij moest doen

Feines Hotel - Kinder- & Hundefreundlich
Pros:

Super freundliche Mitarbeitende. Wir wurden mit Kleinkind und Hund sehr nett aufgenommen! Das Frühstück war toll und die Lage am Wasser ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Leider war es nicht dem Preis entsprechend sauber, wir fanden mehrere alte benutzte Haarbürsten in unserer Suite und außer der Abholung passierte nichts. Sind wir so nicht von anderen Hotels gewohnt. Der Pool war leider auch nicht sauber und wir verzichteten dann auf Wellness.

Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel, with very pleasant pool and sauna facilities. We stayed for three days and felt completely relaxed when we left. We floated in the pool, had breakfast on the terrace overlooking the river, lay in bed watching the boats go by. It's one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in and we will definitely come back!

Cons:

The only small downside was the airconditioning. When we arrived the airco didn't seem to work at all and we called the reception. Someone came up immediately to check it out and within an hour we were in a different room. This was very good service, but unfortunately the airco in the new room was only a tiny bit better. Even though it was set to 20 degrees and the windows and curtains were closed, the room never became cooler than 24.6 degrees over the three days we were there (even when the outside temperature dropped below 23). Apart from this, the hotel was absolutely wonderful!

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Hotel mit modernem und stilvollem Ambiente. Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr gut, die Betten perfekt. Sehr schöne Terrasse zur Mosel. Frühstück - Es war alles da, was man erwartet und das in sehr guter Qualität. Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos direkt am Hotel. Die kleine Aussen-Terrasse neben dem Innenpool ist ein schöner Platz für eine kleine Auszeit.

Cons:

Ein Kaffeeautomat beim Frühstück würde die Wartezeiten verkürzen. Das Nachfüllen von Speisen und Säften am Buffet könnte könnte noch verbessert werden.
