Fantastisches Wellness Wochenende mit Sauna, Entspannung und besonders exklusivem Essen
Pros:

Eine perfekte Lage, direkt an der Mosel, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Mosel. Das Zimmer war perfekt, wunderschön, sauber und vor allem sehr sehr ruhig!
Fantastisches Essen, nicht nur in dem Sternerestaurant Gotthardt`s by Yannick Noack.
Tolles Frühstück,
Lademöglichkeit für e Autos ausreichend.
Spar Bereich sehr gut, Massage fantastisch !

Das Wasser im Schwimmbad war ein wenig kalt...

Die Lage an der Mosel war toll.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass man sein E-Auto direkt am Hotel kostenfrei laden konnte. Topp! 👍

Ein Hotel der gehobenen Klasse - mit kleinen Mängeln!

Das Hotel ist außergewöhnlich, wegen der Lage direkt an der Mosel.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt, die Eierspeisen wurden frisch zubereitet.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals!!!

Cons:

Wir hatten das Hotel wegen des Pools gebucht, konnten ihn aber nicht benutzen, weil die Technik für die Heizung defekt war. Nachdem wir die Rezeption informiert hatten, sagte uns diese, über die Nichtbenutzung des Pools hätte uns Booking.com bei der Buchung informieren müssen, der Defekt besteht schon länger.
Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, denn wir hatten ja wegen des Pools dieses Hotel gebucht!!
Die Reinigung der Zimmer fand oft erst nachmittags statt und es fehlten Standards, welche wir aber mit dem Reinigungspersonal klären konnten.

Lovely hotel and great for a relaxing weekend in a spa
Pros:

I traveled with my partner for her birthday, and we loved it. Facilities are excellent, staff very helpful, and the spa is amazing. We also got a free upgrade to a VIP suite, which made our stay very special.

Wenn nach Koblenz, dann in dieses Hotel.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, aber nicht in der Innenstadt. Frühstück mit Blick auf die Mosel. Gesamtangebot. Ganz besonders: Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals.

Cons:

Frühstück war gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Die Erreichbarkeit mit Uber war schwierig (ist aber kein Problem des Hotels, sondern von Uber in diesem Stadtbereich)

Great riverside boutique hotel with spa, gourmet restaurant and friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent boutique hotel at a great location (right by the river Mosel, 10 minutes from the center of Koblenz but still with a rural feel), with a beautiful indoor pool and spa and two gourmet restaurants. Strongly recommended for the five-star-hotel travelers.

Cons:

The restaurants are excellent but seating is limited and they get crowded very soon. Reservation is recommended, even for the hotel guests.

Ein Ort, den man einfach selbst erlebt haben muss!
Pros:

Von der ersten Sekunde an hat uns das Fährhaus Koblenz komplett in seinen Bann gezogen. Die Lage direkt an der Mosel ist einfach traumhaft, ob morgens beim Frühstück mit Blick aufs Wasser oder abends, wenn die Stimmung am Ufer etwas ganz Besonderes bekommt.

Besonders ans Herz gewachsen ist uns aber das Personal. So ein zuvorkommendes, herzliches Team habe ich selten erlebt man fühlt sich nicht wie ein Hotelgast, sondern wie ein willkommener Freund. Jeder Wunsch wurde mit echter Freude und Aufmerksamkeit erfüllt.

Die Übernachtung war rundum perfekt. Wer eine besondere Auszeit sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Ein schönes modernes Hotel mit tollem Blick auf die Mosel. Die Servicekräfte sind sehr kompetent und nett, das Essen im Restaurant Landgang war ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Bei schlechtem Wetter am Wochenende war der Wellnessbereich sehr gut besucht. Da hätten einige Plätze mehr im Ruhebereich nicht geschadet.
