Its was the most unpleasant place i stayed while in dar and would not recommend at all

Not many positive things to say but lets try Its in a quiet place

The staff were rude and didn’t care.0. Customer Service The pool wasn’t cleaned or marked on how deep be very careful if you have kids or someone who isnt good at swimming .
The hot water wasnt working in our room and even after telling the front office lady she didnt care
Then the wifi sameeeee not working even after raising my concerns as i had work.
I will never be back here or recommend to anyone i know sadly and btw all these issues i raised with the office

Nothing was good about the place.

Cons:

They did double booking and welcomed me via booking messages. On the day I arrived only to find out my room was taken even after I texted them im on my way. Wasted time and fuel for nothing, when I asked them why they did that they say Samahani Hatuna Chumba.
They ignore booking.com bookings and give priority to walk in customers. So they are not reliable at all.

We first had to pay extra money for tax Being a ditractor from this review place was okay not compared to expectation ,but the washroom was uncomfortable .The swimming pool is not favourable for kids either or learners its deep on both end I'd like to complement the breakfast is 10/10 proportional to its value

Pros:

Very cozy and peaceful place, perfect to get relaxed. The pool is a very good size to swim both adults and kids (though it's a little too deep for the youngest ones without proper skills). We had a perfect 2 bedroom condo with a fridge/kitchen in this price range. Will definitely stay here in future when visiting Dar.

Cons:

Stuff could learn a little more of organization/customer care skills. (Please, stock up on the soft drinks daily!) But all in all everyone was friendly, especially the girl signing us in and out.

Ho prenotato regolarmente, ho ricevuto la mail di conferma. Ho chiamato per chiedere informazioni e mi è stato detto che si erano scordati di dirmi che non avevano disponibilità di camere. Ho chiesto se ci fosse possibilità di trovare una sistemazione, mi è stato risposto che mi avrebbero richiamato ma ho aspettato per un paio d'ore in cui ho provato a richiamare ma nessuno rispondeva. All'ennesimo tentativo hanno semplicemente detto di alloggiare altrove.
