It was not a bad stay, but definitely could have been better.
Pros:

The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The hallways smelled like smoke and there was visible wear and tear in the hallways and room.

Staff was friendly but the building had issues.

Cons:

No ice , kitchen sink leaked onto the floor sometime in the night. Was a real mess. When taking a shower for some reason the water escaped onto the bathroom floor both nights. The extra security lock on the door fell off into my hands. Then there was a systems issue with their computers. Won’t be staying there in the future.

The room was not cool and thanks to Texas summer temperatures it took a while to cool.
The chair in the living room needs to be replaced - or recovered.

The bedding was not comfortable.

This hotel always offers a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff does everything possible to meet guests' needs. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located - everything you need is close by.

Cons:

The hotel is in need of major renovation, despite the staff's best efforts to maintain good condition and cleanliness, as well as to ensure guest comfort and meet their needs.

Although the food was great, my overall stay was not great. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.
Pros:

I liked the location of the property and the breakfast.

Cons:

The staff was constantly changing and not all of them were friendly. The cleaning staff was rude and made it hard to get service done.

I will not choose this hotel, that is not up to Hilton standard.

Fire hazard if you are in room on the corner 201, 301,401 then you have only one staircase to run and it’s in the other side. No water bottle in the room. Toilet bowl was not clean under the edges. Front desk lady was not friendly. Bathroom door was chipped in the bottom so the bed was.

Comfy bed, OK breakfast, much expired smoke detector
Pros:

Road trip stop. Older property that looks tired throughout. THE GOOD: Very comfortable bed, well-lit parking lot, relatively comfortable. THE BAD: Room not very clean with some hairs in bathroom, no bar soap, only one washcloth, spill in the kitchen, first thing you see is a stain on the fold-out sofabed. THE UGLY: In the morning, as I started my shower after my husband's quick shower, the room's smoke alarm (encased in yellowed plastic) went off. Husband fans it with a towel and it stopped - and started again immediately. The only way to stop it was to rip it off the wall. The battery expired March 2024 (26 mos. ago) and the orange sticker on the inside on the smoke detector said "Do not use after 2005." That's 21 years ago. We gave the ripped off detector to the front desk clerk. We trust that businesses, including hotels, take fire safety seriously. This hotel doesn't. BREAKFAST: Adequate. Scrambled eggs were from either powdered or a food service carton - not freshly cracked, bacon and oatmeal good, tables relatively clean. TV tuned to MSNBC. OK coffee. Nothing stellar.

Convenient locatiion; well appointed; will stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good; scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, oatmeal, potatoes, chorizo, small bagels and mini muffins.

Enjoyed the full sized fridge and the glass dishes. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Everything was fine.
