Great place that felt safe. Close to everything.
Pros:

Loved the kitchen with the sink and the large refrigerator. The room was spacious with a separate living room. It was perfect for our trip and we will stay again if we go back to the area.

Severely Outdated, Poor Maintenance and Below Basic Standards
Pros:

This hotel is extremely outdated, and it shows in every aspect of the property. There’s a clear lack of investment in both the rooms and overall maintenance.

Cleanliness is below standard. We found visible dust buildup in the shower and along edges, stains in the tub, and general signs that deep cleaning is not being done. Maintenance issues were just as concerning, holes in the wall exposing pipes, a missing tub stopper, and in another room, water wouldn’t drain properly.

Basic upkeep is being ignored. The mirror was coming off the wall, the ice maker was completely missing (with cords still hanging), and the elevator is in serious need of repair. Paint is peeling throughout the property, lighting is dim and outdated, and the hallways have a noticeable odor, suggesting the carpets haven’t been cleaned or replaced in years.

Overall, this property feels neglected. There are far better options available. If it hadn’t been so late, I would have taken my family elsewhere.

I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, and I would never come back

I did t like anything about this property it was horrible and run down .

Cons:

My room was infested with cockroaches. The room had a bad smell, furniture and carpet or dirty and rundown.There was an electrical box open in our room and we had children with us .Pipes were showing under the sink and exposed plugs right were we slept.The carpet was so dirty and smelled .I was so tired after a 12 hour drive had no choice but to stay here but this definitely changed my mind about Hilton property’s

It was alright
Pros:

The guy who checked us in and the day lady was amazing and understanding of our needs.

Cons:

We could've been told we weren't gonna have hot water the first night, then AC went out, and the lady Regina was rude and tried to charge my card twice without permission.

Pros:

When we checked in, the room was hot. AC was not working and the maintenance guy came to change out the filter and it started cooling down. Water pressure was horrible. The toilet doesn’t flush from midnight - 9 am. The AC makes weird noises. After the first night, the room wasn’t even cleaned. No conditioner. We had to check out a night early because it was horrible.
