Top notch breakfast buffet after a terrible sleep and not being able to use the shower

Breakfast was very good. Staff kept the area stocked and clean

Cons:

The bed made noise every time we moved. The shower/tub had 2 shower heads, the main one did not work. When trying to use the removable head it sprung a leak and blasted me in the face and got the floor all wet. I waa forced to take a bath. It was handicap accessible but you absolutely cannot reach the shampoo pumps sitting in the tub, If I waa handicap I definitely would have given a bad review. I told the girl wearing a mask at the front desk of the issues when we checked out so they could fix them for the next guest and she just stared at me. I had to say ma'am did you hear anything I said? She grabbed a maintenance ticket and held it up and said I will put a ticket in. I do not like confrontation or leaving bad reviews so I just left, but honestly for the price we paid to just sleep there, in a bed that kept us up and my wife not even being able to shower was insane. Not to mention being exhausted from lack of sleep and basically being ignored when making staff aware of the issues in the room.

Good experience
Pros:

I have a good experience with this hotel. we reached there 2.am in the morning, we called the shuttle, they came with in 10 minutes, it was extremely cold it was snow every where, temperature was in Minus. shuttle driver was nice. check is was perfect. the reception staff was good. there rooms are good, everything was working, nothing to complain, bathroom was perfect , lot of towels, breakfast was hot and perfect. altogether nice enviroment. the rates are reasonable. we were from the bahamas, and we like to go to shopping in U.S. If they can start shuttle to like shopping malls and walmart atleast twice a day, it will be more convenient, as uber prices are high is syracuse. in like 6 trips I have spend almost $ 200 in uber. I am satisfied with their business.

Very good hotel for Business Travelers and Families in Liverpool US !!
Pros:

The room was big, clean, 2 beds, bathroom very clean and big, breakfast typical US Hotel, Staff very good, location very convenient, big parking, Gym very good, everything OK !

Fairly new hotel in Syracuse
Pros:

Pretty new hotel conveniently located off the freeway and next to a Dunkin Donuts. The uncarpeted room feels less cozy but definitely cleaner than carpeted ones. Sparsely decorated but everything works. Soundproofing could use an upgrade. Doors banging, people talking etc since 6am. Nicely kept breakfast with typical offerings from this level of Hilton hotels.

Great place for an overnight stay
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and very large. The smart TV worked well so we were able to watch YouTube, the bathroom was well equipped, and the staff at the front were very helpful. The lady who took us to the airport was prompt and very kind.

Cons:

N/A Overall, there really wasn't anything I didn't like. It would have been nice to have some more healthy options at breakfast, but I am being picky.
