Angenehmer Aufenthalt in guter Lage mit freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Ca n’Alexandre. Das Hotel ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und hat eine angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre.

Unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und liebevoll gestaltet. Das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine schöne Auswahl.

Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir würden das Ca n’Alexandre jederzeit wieder wählen und können es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Das Personal war grundsätzlich sehr freundlich und die Lage des Hotels gut. Beim Frühstück waren wir jedoch enttäuscht, da wir kein Omelett bekamen, während gleichzeitig viele externe Gäste bedient wurden. Als Hotelgäste hätten wir uns hier eine gewisse Priorität erwartet.

Pros:

Room was very clean and spacious. It had very comfortable beds. Breakfast was very tasty, quality food. Staff is very friendly and helping. The location of hotel is very central.

Cons:

No telephone in the room, you have to go to reception for any question. AC was managed by hotel not possible to change temperature. The bathroom door was not properly thought, it would expose everyone once you opened the door.

Walking distance to most of the sightseeings. There is a big el corte ingles department store 4 min away.
The bus stop to the airport is 3-4 min away.

Really friendly welcome upon arrival, thank you Suffian! Super comfy bed! Mattress & pillows! 💗 overall decor of hotel & room beautiful!

Cons:

Shower not the best. Looks great but not much power and took ages to get warm. Room on the small side although beautiful 💗

Pros:

Un personnel à l’écoute et faisant tout pour permettre aux clients de passer un bon séjour
Taille de la chambre ok, bonne literie
Le petit déjeuner à 16€ est très varié et copieux

Cons:

Problème d’insonorisation soit du fait des clients sans gêne à leur retour à l’hôtel, soit le son passe par les bouches d’aération
Dommage sinon l’hôtel est très bien

Nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls gut, man hat alles, wann braucht. Das Frühstück, mit Ausnahme des Kaffees, war ebenfalls gut.

Cons:

Die Bewertungen lügen nicht. Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig. Man jede Tür und jeden Schritt. Die Betten waren unbequem und im Bad gibt es keine Ablagen. Außerdem kostet selbst die Flasche Wasser Geld, die man in billigeren Hotel überall auf der Welt kostenlos bekommt.
Als wir beim Frühstück den nicht kostenlosen Kaffee geordert haben, entgegnete man uns nicht freundlich und wies uns jeden Tag, sehr übertrieben darauf hin, dass der Kaffee Geld kostet.
Für diesen Preis darf man Freundlichkeit, eine Flasche Wasser und wenigsten eine Ablage im Bad erwarten.
