Wonderful place to stay for a business trip.
Pros:

The entire staff is absolutely amazing here. Check-in and check out is really easy. This hotel has the best cleansing rooms. Lobby that I've stayed in in a while. The overall of my trip makes you feel like home when you come to this hotel. The staff, the environment it just feels like home. Very easy to get in and get out if you need to go to different places. The highway is right next to the hotel. Food is not far from where you're at. If you just want to get something local. I will always recommend this hotel To anyone who's trying to stay near Hershey, or the Harrisburg area. The amenities at the hotel, like the pool and gym are very clean, well maintained. The value is amazing and very little noise. That you have to deal with

Pros:

Staff was extremely nice and helpful very easy check in and out

Cons:

Beds were a little uncomfortable and a little small but that's more my fault for waiting till last minute but overall it wasn't to bad

I have been a frequent guest at this Hampton Inn in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania over the past one year. The service has been outstanding. The staff has been very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful whenever I have needed anything. The entire staff has been very accommodating. If I have to single anyone out for exceptional service, going above and beyond what one would expect at a hotel, I have to mention Shelly and Shawna at the front desk and Tammy in the dining area. They have made me feel very welcome. I look forward to seeing them when I stay at this hotel.

A clean room with extra kind staff- just be ready for a little extra hallway noise.
Pros:

The room was very clean, and had useful furniture like an office chair and desk and a comfortable arm chair, along with the two comfortable beds. I wish there had been a bathroom door that fully closed. Breakfast was tasty (my kids LOVED the waffles and whipped cream). And finally, the staff was SO KIND AND HELPFUL. I think they are the kindest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever encountered.

Cons:

I wish there had been a bathroom door that fully closed. The sliding door was a clever space-saver, but it meant a little less privacy. Also, it was easy to hear people coming and going in the hallways and outside on our first floor room.

Was overall very comfortable, clean and parking for my 24' trailer was great.
Pros:

They were VERY accomodating for my dog. Thank you very much for letting my dog stay in the hotel.

Cons:

The coffee was not strong. It was like dinner coffee. Coffee flavored water. I will say, if a hotel can figure out a real morning coffee experience, they will DOMINATE.
