Very nice
Pros:

We only stayed one night here after seeing a concert in Hershey. Very nice, clean room with a comfortable bed. Good location with all kinds of shopping and restaurants close by. Typical Hampton breakfast, but the buffet area was kept full and very clean. Staff were all very pleasant. Will stay here again!

Quiet, Clean, Comfortable, Friendly!
Pros:

Nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was perfect.

Cons:

Just the general location. Wasn’t that it was a bad area, it was just that I always had to make a u-turn to get into the place and the outside check-in rotunda was very small for how busy and as many cars as were trying to check in. Ample parking. Still a great hotel and would definitely recommend and stay again

We were comfortable, treated well, in a clean place, with a good breakfast with attentive staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the staff attentive. The food was as expected, but we had been spoiled the day before in a Hampton Inn in South Carolina with fresh cut up strawberries and blueberries and also some maple chicken sausage that was delicious. The eggs there were better there for some reason (Maybe cooked a bit longer and they were hotter) The hotel was more dated but clean and the staff was excellent. The refrigerator in our room didn't cool well at all, and the front desk was able to put our dog's cold food into refrigeration for us and we retrieved it in the morning....very kind.

Cons:

We needed our refrigerator to work and it didn't. We made it work by taking ice and icing our cold stuff in the car, and also the front desk person stored our cold dog food for us, but for a bit we were inconvenienced, thinking that we would have a working refrigerator in our room.

Overnight Stay
Pros:

My significant other Neil and I stayed here last night 1/28/26. Room 430. All of the Hilton Family of hotels have been great. But this hotel by far was so welcoming and comfortable. Especially the front desk customer service rep. Who checked us in., Shawna. It was a great stay and very comfortable and very clean! Thanks again for a great nights sleep!
