Pros:

The pictures do not match the room. The rooms are dark and dirty. It smells like mold. The bathroom is awful. You get what you pay for.

Far, ugly and dirty.

You can leave the luggage in the hall (no surveillance)

Cons:

The location is really far from the center, all around the areas is dirty, full of garbage, people burn the trash and all the smoke come to our room. No WiFi in the room (only in the hall). The lady at the reception says that the price we have on our app it's not their price. They just want to take more money from you. The bathroom was dirty (pee on the toilet)... nothing good.

Have to accept all the flaw since no better option in the neighbourhood.
Pros:

Room is clean. Parking is huge and good security. Location near toll gate to Binjai - Stabat Highway.

Cons:

The attitude of the check-in staff was annoying and so unfriendly. Lobby terribly smelled smoke.

I paid the booking at the hotel since it was the only option, they charged me higher than the price stated from booking.com. Furthermore, I had to pay for the bottle water provided everyday in the room, I only knew about this on the 2nd night from my stay which was already too late.

Sadly, this hotel is the best one compare to other accomodations offered in that neighbourhood. No choice...

Pros:

Toilet basin , ceiling were leaking, no hot shower at night, drinking water need to buy.
Sofar, bed sheet were dirty & bad smell.
Floor was dirty with a lot of lezards dropings..
