The food was superb, and the Hotel restaurant and bar was nice
The rooms were a little worn out.. Not enough towels, the hotel didn't have a luggage rack or stand. I had to keep my box on the ground.
Breakfast ok but a surprise to only have one complementary breakfast between two guests. Good bar area, helpful staff.
There were cockroaches in our firstroom so we had to ask to move rooms.
The statt was an absolute 10/10 - warm, welcoming, friendly and always willing to offer help in any situation. The food was delicious and the drinks absolutely worth it.

Check in experience could be better.
I expected that the cost of the booking would be charged to the card I used to reserve it, but I was required to pay the Naira equivalent before I could check in.

Price is too high
It was a nice room with basic amenities and reception was okay.
1. I couldn't shower on the first day because there was no water. The second day I was in the toilet and water finished. I'm not sure why they let water finish before they pump. I couldn't shower on time, I missed my meeting and everything was a mess. I had to buy plenty bottles of water to wash up. It was a nasty experience. I won't be going back.
2. They are too expensive to be having these kinds of issues. I just think the level of incompetence was unnecessary.
The location and staff were pleasant.
It would be nice to have more lighting in the room because it was pretty dark and the water in the shower didn’t stay hot for long.
Location is secluded, giving it a safe feeling.

They have a lovely restaurant in the same building as the hotel and the food is amazing
